The renewal quote I was sent was quite a bit lower than new policies I could have switched to using a comparison web site. My experience has generally been the opposite. The staff member I spoke to was helpful and polite. All in all a good experience.

After complaints they got in touch and dropped the cancellation fee to £42 thanks lucy was very helpful

I have an imported sports car and have been with these guys for 3 years. Whenever I have had to call them the customer service staff are always very helpful and friendly. No problems with renewals. Would recommend.

No customer care what so ever.... My son has had such a bad experience with them, don't be fooled by the low cost car insurance for learner drivers. How is it possible for them not to have received some of the documents they requested, when they were all sent in the same envelope?? My son called them so many times to explain this to them, no call back, no polite communication, just nasty letters demanding the documentation when we had already sent it; or cancellation of policy. why didn't they check in-house before sending such threatening letters! They then cancelled his policy, and demanded a large payment for cancellation. How can they justify this? After speaking with them they can't, they just want money for nothing! This is disgraceful customer care!! The car insurance may well be cheaper than some, but the after care and charges will sting your wallet. PLEASE..... think long and hard before using them for your insurance.

Great price but fluxscore app not worked for three weeks and login doesnt work, phoned twice and emailed. Say software probs but that means at present I am unable to view my new driver daughters journeys and updates on driving behaviour!! Been 3 weeks now and dont have time to keep phonin g again and again!!

My son had a learner driver insurance with this company. We asked for 6 months insurance but was advised by the expert to take out 12months as if you pass within 3 months you would get half back and then every month after that would be pro rata. So he passed 4 months and 2 weeks and we have been offered £54 back. The policy cost 463. However if we had not been badly advised we would have paid £300 for a 6 month policy this makes my son who is an apprentice £100 worse off. I am disgusted and asked to speak to someone but got told they would send terms and condition booklet through and I could write a complaint. Surely to avoid negative reviews it would be better to speak to that person and try to assist them. Very unhappy and definitely will be complaining. Spoke with a very nice and helpful person. Said they would review the original phone call. Got a call back confirming that we were correct and sorted out amicably . Thank you Flux Direct.

I have took out a provisional insurance on my car 24 hours ago, there is not in the T&C to tell me that I have to have someone over 25 to sit next to me. I thought it was 21 years old and been driving for 3 years +. I now need to cancel my insurance and as i can not use it now. will i get my money refunded, if so will it be the amound i paid yesterday and then do i get charged to cancel? I understand there is a cooling off policy, its been 24hours since insured where do i stand????

I found the service very good and quick. I had to phone customer care to confirm my details. They were very polite and helpful I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with this company and their underhand tactics of providing a monthly payment facility with punitive early cancellation penalties. Would not use, nor recommend this company again.

I took out insurance with this company knowingly that I will be able to afford to cover my car as a provisional driver. Little did I know that there was going to be a lump sum of £200 at the end after I'd cancelled the policy due to passing my test! obviously as a first year apprentice I can't afford this even on a monthly finance tarrif!! I've read the terms and conditions and the cancellations policy, doesn't say anything about an end payment so I'm pretty discusted with this! All I read was there would be a £25 cancellation fee which I was happy with not 8x this amount!! Would not advise to anybody.

Very easy to deal with. I am a newly qualified driver in my first year after passing my test. I have box fitted to monitor my driving. Good rates and definitely recommend to others.

your policy has been cancelled. We are authorised by your insurer to act as their agents for the purposes of cancelling insurance cover and give you notice that all cover on your vehicle is cancelled as from seven days after the date of this letter. You are required to return your Certificate of Insurance/Temporary Cover Note immediately, this being a legal requirement of the Road Traffic Act.

Exactly what the previous review says Insurrance bureau to report the the custom service advisors who clear haven't got a clue what professionalism is highly recommend people to stay well clear of this company

Hi Kay, Thanks for your comments. We have reviewed your file and can see that there was a problem that arose from the fact that your vehicle was impounded. When taking out a policy online we ask that customers call us if the vehicle is impounded in order to avoid any issues but this wasn't done. It is also apparent that a pending IN10 conviction was not disclosed which affected the policy you took out. In order to try and assist we have reduced the cancellation fees and have processed a refund which has been sent to you. Kind regards Simon
