“I advise you to leave this insurance company alone! I sent in all they wanted; Mileage declaration 6 Photos of the car Pictures of my license Proof of address Additional Drivers Licenses Proof of no claims Then a week later i have a letter threatening to cancel my policy. As i was not satisfied with their service, i let them cancel. They then tell me because they have cancelled my policy i now owe them £180! Money Grabbers and very poor respect for their customers! Will never be insuring my car with them again!”

“Stay away at all costs i purchased insurance with them when i received my documentation their were five or six errors in the policy. I emailed them to say the information was incorrect then received an email stating they were threatening to cancel my policy!!! They wanted a ludicrous amount of paper work pictures of my mileage, my no claims, a picture of my driving licence, a letter from my employee stating what i do for a living the list was endless. They also told me it was up to the insurers discretion to pay out if i had an accident until they had received this documentation. They are a bunch of cowboys never ever insure with them they lure people in with cheap quotes but it will cost you dearly in the end. I paid £55 to cancel and didnt even have the policy one day. Add ons are also extortionate they wanted over £200 just to increase my mileage!!!”

“Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Very poor customer service. Compared to previous insurers the process of completing this application was a nightmare. It eventually stalled and we gave up. We had 5 years no claims, no points, a licence each, yet they needed to see proof (I can understand about the no claims). But they wouldn't even accept a emailed copy, it had to be a hard copy of each. What? The company is years behind the times and administratively is restricted in what it can do. Might need an updated IT system. The call centre staff don't seem to understand that their not really making life easy for customers and the cheek of one of the call centre staff beggars belief. If you do decide to go with them and do have extra requirements asked of you, then use the cooling off period to cancel the policy (14 days). Just beware they might keep your money. I will never buy from this company again or recommend it to anyone.”
