They seem to have cancelled my insurance without any warning or anything they’ve just cut me off because my car has been in the garage a week and hadn’t checked my app or anything are they allowed to do that?

I called today regarding changing my daughters learner driver policy to a full drivers policy, your employee reeled off so much information regarding starting a new policy I asked him to send the information in an email to me so I could look at the information before making my decision. I have yet to receive it. the policy number is TLA603321

This question is directed to Flux Direct... Why with so many complaints, and negative reviews, have you not done anything about improving your performance and customer service? I have two cars insured, one with you and the other with Adrian Flux . I am now considering cancelling both policies due to the shabby treatment that I have experienced with Flux Direct. If I was Adrian Flux I would be worried that this partner company was bringing their name down to such low levels of disrepute. As a business I would not want my name associated with them at all.

I think given that you asked this question about 6 months ago and they haven't taken the time to respond, I would say that customer service is definitely not on their priority list. It's funny how there's so much "regulation" of insurance companies, and yet they seem to be able to do as they please. My advice to you is 1.) Raise an official complaint by physical mail recorded delivery to their head office. 2.) Wait for a satisfactory resolution to your complaint. If you don't get one, complain via the Financial Ombudsman Service. 3.) These complaints will be logged against their company with the Financial Conduct Authority and when they receive too many as a % of their customer base they will be investigated. Until enough people complain very little will be done. Good luck! :-)

Insured the car YR56FLL in daughters name as a learner driver and setup monthly DD in my name. Policy H17956714, Rachael Elizabeth Nadin. Because under 18 then policy needs to be in my name?

Do you offer insurance for fairly heavily modified cars ? I am considering a project build and need insurance to green light the project. What I have in mind is a BMW E30 with an engine swap (4L V8) + wheel modification to support ABS. As crazy as it sounds it would be mechanically close to the E34 540i (owned one years ago) but approx. 200kg lighter. Is this something you would consider ?
