They are an absolute disgrace....charged me a £50 admin fee when I moved house for a 2 minute call.....my insurance was up for renewal and having chased a renewal price 4x times and spent over 2 hours queuing there good will was to refund the calls...no customer service, no commitment to return calls when promised...when I finally got my letter, turns out my after market exhaust wasn't recorded on the renewal however it was on the original...wonder if I had claimed if they would have paid out...luckily managed to save £100 but would pay more not to use these jokers again

A year after my insurance was cancelled due to human error on their side (they overlooked "Expiry Date" on my proof of insurance. My policy was instantly cancelled without warning), and I was told my policy can't be just resumed and I'll have to pay another £300 I denied. Now a year after with another insurer, I received an e-mail from this Just Motorcycle Fraud demanding another proof of insurance which may result in another £50. If you do the mistake to step in, make sure they erase all your data when you'll be running away.

i was with JMI for 3yrs just just sold my bike and they want me to pay cancellation fee and the customer service rep was rude i would advice to stay far from JMI and the motorcycle community should spread the word about JMI

DO NOT GO THERE! Zero customer service. Specially if you want to cancel your policy because you sold your bike! They are very rude over the phone then send you a letter asking for cancelation fee with a threat to sell on the debt (as they call it) to Moorcroft Debt Recovery Ltd. Seriously?! Never ever again even if they were the cheapest.

They where ok when i was buying my insurence of them last year but when it came up for renewel this year they wanted and extra £1000 despit having no acciendents. So i phoned them 2weeks before the money was supposed to leave my account to cancel the insurence they still took the money and renewed the policy and have to waite 5 to 7 days to get all the money and am being given the run around by the company would never recomend this company as it is just a big joke to them and they rip you off

I signed up for a policy although they haven't updated in the system and been running "without insurance" for two weeks. I was stopped by police and when they called JMI to verify that there was a mistake in the system the operator told the police, there is no policy under that reg number. Then I had to call them sitting in the back of the police car, ask for a manager and verify I had the policy to update in their system. Not to mention that I asked them to add a second bike to my policy and been told I have to sign another policy and can make a quote online instead over the phone. Avoid like a plague!

Trying to charge me more once the policy had been taken out due to a 'discrepancy'. Upon investigation, the discrepancy is actually a mistake on a database, but they will do nothing to correct it. Open an official complaint and the next thing I know is they have cancelled my policy and want to charge me a further £60 odd for the privilege. I have raised a complaint with the Ombudsman, and urge others to do if unhappy with JMI's useless operation. They are little better than thieves IMO.

Cancelled my insurance claiming some underwriter wanted me to pay 30.09 pence more. did not receive any correspondence from them besides the final email stating they have cancelled the insurance. had to pay to close the account and i also lost close to 200 pounds on the insurance. considering they had my telephone number made no attempt to call me, and claimed i have all the emails and letters, of which none are true. scam in its true sense and also costs a fair amount to call them. avoid...and take a risk at your peril

Carol Nash - Avoid! 1 month left on my policy that I had not made a claim on. Sold bike & so informed the company. They offered a £9 refund and a £50 charge for the "Admin"; net result I owe £41 to cancel. If I don't cancel and pay then they will cancel and send me the bill anyway. How can it cost £50 to type into a computer to cancel the policy? Then 48 hors later... I was promised a call back by a manager to discuss the charges but of course heard nothing! So I called them, then a long wait on the phone system listening to their advertising blurb &, finally, the representative had to speak to a manager about the cancellation. But amazingly the charge was dropped!!! So it pays to complain and not accept the charges.
