Cameron @ Ladybird Insurance, who took my call today, was very helpful, polite and professional. I’m extremely happy with my quote (which is a lot lower than my previous insurer’s renewal quote), and the level of customer service I received.

The operator explained everything very well, including the time it would take to run through everything on the phone. Very polite & friendly, more than happy with the service and the quote I received.

Really bad experience with car insurance. Very difficult to deal with (bombarded me with texts telling me to upload documents when I'd already provided everything). Then when I tried to add my son to the car insurance, told not possible so I had to find alternative insurance. I was then told that there was an admin fee of £75 to cancel plus they kept another £10 (not sure why). I would definitely not recommend and will avoid in future.

Really bad experience with car insurance. Difficult to deal with (endless texts asking me to upload docs after I had phoned and been told I had done everything). My son came home from Uni and I tried to add to the Policy, told not possible so found alternative insurance and phoned to cancel Policy (5 months left on Policy) only to be told that there was a £75 admin fee to cancel and that they retained another £10 (no idea why) and therefore only £14 to return. When I pointed out that £75 was outrageous as an admin fee to cancel I was told I'd agreed to this in the terms and conditions. I would definitely not recommend and will be avoiding in future.

Joke of a company. After completing my application and what seemed to be a financial commitment payment of the deposit online, I was informed after the process that someone should call in 48hrs to confirm. After receiving no call I called myself only to be on the phone over an hour confirming the details I had already spent 30 mins entering online. They then tried to charge me a higher price. I point blank refused and after another 15 mins of debating they finally agreed to offer the original price!!! Due to the time frame I had to use this company. I certainly would not recommend this company. AVOID

Customers service horrible !!!! I prefer paying extra £20 a month then dealing with them. Plus they ask me £15 to approve my 2yrs no claim discount, and only after arguing for mins they decided to do it for free. Daylight robbery

When setting up my insurance, ladybird was really thorough in making sure I had everything I needed and was happy to help me. The service I was given by Jodie was excellent and I hope they will continue this for my years insurance.

I have been insured with many insurance companies in the past. This is the worst company I have ever seen. They tortured me like anything. All they need is money from you. So please stay away from these people. My bad luck I have to stick with them for an year. Never going to Renew.

The worst customer service - promised a phone call back at 5.30pm and I get called back at 7:15pm. There was a discrepancy which the adviser had more than 6 hours to try and resolve, and when I finally get my call back it still hadn't been sorted. What is the point of getting a quote online and paying online for my insurance, when I have to go through all the same information on the phone? This took my whole lunch hour, and then fifteen minutes on the evening. Had no choice but to continue with this insurance company but I will not be renewing next year.

Richard was very helpful and despite my less than happy demeanour dusting our lunch time call, he still helped me and gave me a direct dial. Also he has worked on my insurance quote even though he could not be sure I would return and call home in the evening. Well done Richard. Mr ARG Car insurance

Takes way too long. After you do your quote online then you have to call. Took a total of 59 minutes to do a simple quote and pay. But the call handler did try her best
