“Spoke to a lady called Harriet. She was so helpfull and couldnt do enough for me. her customer service was amazing, she was willing to go the extra mile for me today. Always nice when someone works with you instead of against you. Give the girl a raise #Harriet”

“I only subscribed to Ladybird yesterday and sent my required documents today so I can't say anything other that how it has been so far,and that is that everything has been simple. I spoke to somebody on the phone initially who asked all the usual questions and everything went smoothly without problems. I'll be able to give a more detailed review when I have had more dealings with them.”

“Absolutely awful!!!! Been with this insurer for around 4 years now, I have recently bought a brand new car which is over 10000 pound. I’ve just been informed that I cannot change vehicle on my current policy as the value of my new car is too high. Therefore I can’t do nothing about it other than cancelling my policy which will cost! And getting a new policy which will cost even more! And at same time loosing my years no claim. MISLEADING CUSTOMERS!!!!! I was not aware of this when taking the policy out which should have been clearly stated when taking a policy out in case of a new vehicle purchase!!!!”

“Please stay away. They are cheap but are not worth it. Staff are not very informative. They will not provide you inportant information and then use the excuse they did not know. I have lost more than 900 in 6 months.”
