“the only reason I looked for new insurance is because I moved house and I tried to update my address by calling them. I was told after being on the phone for an hour that they could not do this and I would have to wait for a call back. This takes up to 5 days. I didnt get a call back so I cancelled my insurance and took out a new one with them again. this is very poor customer service and I only went with them again due to them coming up the cheapest.”

“Just renewed online my house & contents insurance. No problems in past, but the latest website is a nightmare to navigate. After 20 minutes I gave up. Despite warnings that there could be long delays in responding to my call, it was answered within a minute and the agent was very helpful.”

“Rang 4 times now have a pension with legal and general I’ve waited over 15 minutes on the phone to get and answer and still no luck in getting the call answered very frustrating”

“Not sure how good or bad L & G are as have had no need to claim as yet, the price for our 2 Springer Spaniels was good as had a discount with having 2 dogs, but cheap is not always good, but we shall see”
