“We would like to draw your attention regarding the first class / professional / friendly service / Advice given By Sarah Pratt Customer Service Assistant at LLoyds Bank Cromer Norfolk During our visit on Friday 11th November 2022. The Manageress also introduced herself offering, - Should we have any future problems, please contact me. Having previously had very poor response during phone calls to LLoyds Bank we now feel we have a contact should we need assistance. Mr James & Mrs Ridgwell”

“Lloyds has an over 70s telephone number I so hope it's still there and I will never forget the kind man who helped me with a scam. I must admit it was quite a while ago now and I don't remember the man's name.”

“For almost 20 years I've been a customer of Lloyds Bank. I used to be almost resident in various countries, from the least developed to the highly developed. I haven't had any reason for disappointment. Instead, bank service is always on the top. In 2022 I am quite frequently visiting the Strand branch of the bank in London. I want to say a BIG THANKS to the whole team and the manager. Always helpful, always professional, always kind and trustful. THANKS for highly professional approach. It is very important to all, but especially foreigners.”

“I have just been into the small branch of Lloyds off Bawtry Road, Wickersley, Rotherham. I wanted to open an account. The lady at the back of the counter could not have been more helpful - showing me on her own mobile phone how to do it (I already have a joint account with Lloyds). I opened the account online prior to leaving. It took me two minutes. I should add that I spent 1.5 hours last night trying to reactivate an old Halifax account then drove into Rotherham to follow instructions from the phone call only to be told I needed to make an appointment and there wasn’t one for at least 1 hour with no guarantee. Excellent service at Lloyds, Wickersley.”

“We have opened an account at Lloyds Bank High st Kensington - London.branch and the PERSONAL interaction with the customer care staff was excellent. We only wish this will continue like the old times .unlike the present day Online transactions when nobody knows anyone and are just dependent on laptops.mobiles etc. Very unfortunate!!”

“I once was an employee with Lloyds Bank and I found the personnel to be very understanding when I was going through a difficult time at home with my father being terminally ill. They were going to allow my job to be open for one year which showed they were understanding of my situation. I did leave the bank eventually.”
