I apply a cridit card who give me a £4000 so i supposed to buy a new car with it which is help me so much for my new job unfurchinatly they took all mony back than they offer me £500 so not happy at all with this service

Absolutely disgusting service i had £5k transfered to my account and these losers decided to close my account over concerns for the amount paid in no explanation i went to the branch tp transfer the money to my other account as i had no access or online banking only to find they.d blocked the account and withheld my money until i could prove my entitlement to it.failing the proof they will end up keeping it is technically know as stealing.nice one Lloyds AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I authorised £32 for a ticket 11/05/18 for an online seller & £59 left my account & no ticket was sent to me. Contacted Lloyds by phone, told to go in branch. Went in branch, told to call Lloyds customer service. Who said they could do nothing & try the merchant. If I had not received ticket or refund in 14 days to contact them again. 6/6/18 I contacted Lloyds again as the merchant admitted they had no ticket & refused to refund me the money. Merchant was reported to the Marketing Authority & the police I might add. Both of whom said my bank would help. Lloyds saud 6/6/18 I would be refunded under their direct debit card protection scheme goods not received. 25/9/18 I still had not received refund or reimbursment. (Nor ticket). Called Lloyds again, who directed me to direct debit card disputes. Again, 13/11/18 I was told I would be reimbursed the £59 & I wasn't. Long story short: it's been 11 months & Lloyds still have not reimbursed me the £59; complaints case manager Jodie Bird does not return calls; I have closed my Lloyds account & involved the Financial Ombudsman. UK Financial Ombudsman contact number is 0800 023 4567; for those in a similar situation.

The Manager Marion at Billericay Branch is Brillant,she goes out of her way to deliver an efficient professional customer friendly service .Everytime I go into Branch I want to smile.

Worst bank. I could not get a bank statement abroad and they blocked my account asking me to spend £2000 pounds to verify my identity after giving them every personal info over phone call to resolve 4k I have in my account. meaning I'll get just 2k after travelling. that's the worst math. 2nd time I could not get a bank statement abroad and could not apply for a Visa just cause they refused to release my account.

Absolutely Rubbish Customer Services, I have a very high quote for a new car that's the same, but to cancel mid term they want another £120 just to cancel, when you call Customer Services, you can get put on hold for up to an hour, and still end up with useless information, I would never recommend LLoyds again, next step change Bank. been waiting for 4 day for Customer Services to call me.

Bad experience! I had a fraud last week and I lost £398 that the bank doesn’t want to refund me. I don’t deserve this treatment! The bank didn’t protect my account, didn’t send me messages advising about fraud.

I was shocked to find that I had possibly been scammed and I freaked out and called the fraud team to only have all my worries settled by Kev, who helped me out, was polite and even put up with my panicking. It’s people like him who really deserve the world and I am so grateful for his help. If you see this Kev thank you

I had quotes from other well known company’s but found Lloyd to be the cheapest I will when due to quote for my renewal.

I'm in Spain on holiday and I recieved an sms from Lloyds yesterday saying, 'thanks for reporting your card lost/stolen'. I phoned the hotline to explain that I had not reported my card stolen and my card was in my hand, only to be told that it was blocked and could not be unblocked. So I'm now in Cordoba with no card and 17 euro in my wallet. Total incompetance!

I was helped and guided through joining my company to Lloyd's energy by Patrick. At first( like everybody I suppose) I was sceptical he was after a quick buck but this fellow went the extra mile ,explained everything and sorting things. Lloyd's fraud team are absolutely super! Sophie, a member of the fraud team in Liverpool, was incredibly helpful and understanding. I felt like she did her job to an excellent standard and made me feel at ease about the return of my money which was stollen from me. Thank you so much Sophie (I hope I spelt your name right).

The bank service is really poor and for such a large banking society they weren't able to fight for my money back from fraudulent incident i lost hundreds of pounds and i have lost all hope as the bank has closed my case and rejected any further inquiries regarding my money. I will not bank with them never again and i recommend new comers to join elsewhere such a barclays bank or natwest
