"Do not trust them under any circumstances! I had planned to exchange some coins for approximately $84,545. After submitting the cryptocurrency to the provided address, I waited patiently but received no response. I was furious. Thankfully, I was referred to the tech team at FORENSIC WATCHCOM Their guidance was invaluable and ultimately led to the successful retrieval of all my money from these scammers."

My debit card was blocked whilst broadband, rang and spent 1 hour 30 mins trying to sort out with every security question under the sun only to be told I have to go into branch as nothing can be done over the phone, so now abroad without a card, and a bill for the call, been with the bank for 44 years, disgusted..

What a joke of a banking company. After fraudulent activity on my account I made a claim which was paid back into my account. I had to cancel my card and wait over 10 days for my new 1 to arrive. 4 weeks later they have re-debited the money stating it looks like I had involvement. Each fraudulent activity had a non-gbp transaction go along with it so was made outside of the uk. Even though I was using my card in my home town the same time these fraudulent activities were happening they still say it was me. So now apparently I can cut myself in half be in the USA and UK at the same time. The fraud department over the phone couldn't help as it was passed to the back office where the only form of contact is via email.... which they never reply to. So in a nutshell if you want your money to stay safe AVOID lloyds at all cost. If like me are already with them swith to a more reputable bank ASAP

I paid my tuition fees through the school's global payment platform and the school did not receive my payment after two weeks which was very unusual. I contacted both institutions on several occasions but no positive results. I finally resorted to Lloyds bank dispute and recovery platform. In fews hours later, I was overwhelmed by how this banking institution even credited my account pending investigation. I am an international student in the UK and my experience with Lloyds Bank thus far, has being extremely phenomenal. Lloyds Bank, the most reputable! Lloyds Bank, the most reliable!! Lloyds Bank, simply the best!!!

I visited the Bedford Branch to organise a savings account on behalf of my Father, for whom I hold Power of Attorney. I am already registered on his account to conduct all banking procedures. I needed to attend in person to prove my identity before calling the Savings Team to open a new Savings Account. The person I wish to review is named Cheryl. She took about 2 1/2 hours with me, dealing with the struggles to organise this simple task. For various reasons, we kept going round and round in circles with the bureaucratic security system in the call centres, her calls being cut off, the online system having errors, etc. This led to Cheryl calling many different teams, including her Branch Manager, the POA team, the Savings Team, and the security Team; she worked very hard to achieve my aim. She never gave up; she deserves a medal for her determination and grit.

I have a terrible experience with customer service on the phone her name Isha. I called on 23/08 asked her to help with my banking. She’s not listen to me for what I tried to explain. No professional manner, the way they said it’s like threatening people. Horrible experience with Lloyd staff if comparing to other banks

When using the phone to complain you are shunted from one department to another until you loose the will to live. Try to talk to a person in branch and they tell you to phone the help-line. Seems it is a ploy to avoid any physical contact with clients. This is not a very good message to give to clients - very off putting and will lose the reputation it is trying to cling onto as 'the caring bank' What a joke!!

Hi there, I added 10,850 dollars to my account and made it up to 37,961 dollars. Following the registration of my withdrawal request, the broker first denied it, withheld the full amount of my profit from the account, and prevented me from withdrawing the profit. Despite my repeated attempts to contact both the email broker and the official Telegram support, they have not replied to any of my correspondence and have simply ignored it. Up until I denounced them to a company named juliana_phil _232 (@)_ gmail _com ), which fights fraudulent acts, and which assisted me in getting my money back.I hope all who support the broker are accountable in this case.you can also contact Whatsapp; (+1---76--2)--3 -8 -1--9 -6--0 -3

Went in today & the Branch Manager was so so so helpful & understanding dealing with my sister's bereavement (she actually had tears in her eyes) I was so overwhelmed by how helpful the manager was, I can't express in words how Greatful I am for today, BLESS HER

This guys are unbelievable, had to dispute a transactions for car which came faulty and the seller wasn't helpful, we paid for warranty with Lloyds card. I got quote from main dealer kai but Lloyds wants write signed statement from Kai main dealer why they qualify to diagnose the issue. Beyond a joke. Do not use them

I had a very bad experience with an unregulated broker and was saved by the timely intervention of Rapid Responder who just in nick of time got back my $138000. They were really good at what they do , i have recommended them to friends and co workers who all became satisfied customers. they have helped me alot in the trading industry, you can reach them at COVSECLTD*COM for anything fraud related

DO NOT GO WITH LLOYDS. Just opened a student account with Lloyds only to find out they're unlikely to provide a student overdraft if you're not working. As a masters student studying full-time with a maintenance grant which is paid Tri monthly, this is unacceptable and practically unheard of from what I can see from other banking societies. Will be closing both my useless student account immediately and my current account! Not only that, good luck getting a straight answer from someone at Lloyds, I've spoken to 4 different people today each either not knowing or unable to provide a straight answer after faffing about for 20 minutes on 3 separate telephone calls. Goodbye Lloyds!

Today I had a really positive experience in Lloyds Bank in Cambridge. Jayeeta was extremely helpful. She was efficient and knowledgeable, going the extra mile to help me to complete the task I had gone into the branch to achieve. In an age of online banking it is a really wonderful to experience outstanding face to face support. I commend Lloyds for recognising Jayeeta's skills and I hope she is given the recognition her dedication to her customers deserves.

paid off credit card, they confirm on the phone its all paid off but they cant send me a statement as their systems wont allow. Would you believe such nonsense.
