"No problems insuring my car with Lloyds , the annual premium was excellent value , unfortunately I used a Cashback site , offering \u00a330 cashback never honoured the cashback , it was showing \u2018pending\u2019 in my account for 6 months . I raised a ticket at 3 months then 6 months after being investigated it was apparently \u201ctoo long \u201c to trace . So can\u2019t fault the premium I paid for Lloyds , although had I received the \u00a330 cashback it would have been brilliant BUT NOT LLOYDS FAULT . Would go direct to Lloyds for car insurance quote next time sue soon . "

"When I rang to cancel my policy over the phone as I had sold my car, firstly the person on the other end spoke so quickly that I had to ask 4 times for them to repeat themselves more slowly. Despite having 3 month left on the policy, I was informed that there was a cancellation fee of over \u00a360, but as I only had around \u00a334 worth of credit, they would only charge me that for the cancellation fee. And they acted like they were doing me a favour. Please check small print carefully when choosing insurance, because I was unaware of any cancellation fee. When I had done similar with Hastings Direct the previous year, there was no fee, despite only being insured for 2 days with them."

It is 4* thanks to Sue S. in Hitchin Branch. I had a bad experience in WGC branch. Where I believe The lady is the Bank Manager after having 3 passports, divorce paper and driving licence still refused to change my name! I did it much easier with Nationwide or DVLA. But apparently they are harder to please!

"I have no problems with the company or the policy, but is it really necessary to waste 10 minutes of my time when I\u2019m only changing a car .\r\nSurely if I have an existing policy and merely change the vehicle, I am already aware of all the t\u2019s and c\u2019s"

"Found it very straightforward using them for insurance they also sent me a paper copy of insurance as well . Luckily I haven\u2019t had to claim on my insurance so can\u2019t comment on how issues would be handled . "

Didn't get my letter to claim my excess back so lost out on it avieva was very slow in informing looks I had even had a crash it took months to sort out and as I say lost my excess refund .

Great customer service super easy to do whatever you need to do. Only thing is they bump their prices up greatly when it's time to renew.
