0 customer service and 0 logic. You block card asking me to call but putting me in a que of 56 min and still counting... how did you think here?

Disgusting customer service got cut off every time I phone, phoned earlier @ 0815 answered the call put on hold for 2 minutes then answering machine cut in saying bank closed. Never sorted any of our problems.

Lloyds has an over 70s telephone number I so hope it's still there and I will never forget the kind man who helped me with a scam. I must admit it was quite a while ago now and I don't remember the man's name.

I've just had spinal surgery but my account had money taken fraudulently and I tried reporting via Internet banking, waste off time so I dragged myself to the only remaining local branch I explained I couldn't sign for prolonged periods, 1hr later still sat asking me id questions but I was in my local branch , using the banks phone , rubbish, diabolical treatment off a customer off 50 years , I walked out , fraudsters 1 ,, , Lloyd's 0

Sadvichar ganral hospital Lila charcal bhavnager. 2 Ac. 2 tuns. 1 month complent no technician visit. Bed sarvice loyyd. We have two of your llyod AC and both are instaled in the hospital's ICU You don't get any facilities so it is very difficult to keep patients.there is no response from your call centre,no technician comes to visite,as many times as we call since call one month,the call centre says that we should mention your complaint. please solved our problem My complent 16 augast 1608221643844.

They are terrible bank if you have an account in that bank CHANGE immediately because the customer service is arrogant and they don't help you with the problem in your account

I received a message from Lloyds about fraudulent activity. I called them a couple of times, and after waiting for over 20 minutes each time, I called again and chose the option of a call back. They called me back within an hour and put me through the fraud department where after waiting for 40 minutes, no-one responded. Horrible customer service. It's surprising how declined like this. I used to be very happy with them as they used to respond to phone calls in no time.

Lloyds increased my overdraft charges by 785% when my mother was dying of cancer & I lost my job trying to help her. Soon after she died I was diagnosed with cancer & whilst undergoing treatment Lloyds foreclosed on my overdraft (although I was paying a proportion of the collossal monthly charges) & caused so much stress I had to have an extra 4 weeks of treatment. They blocked my credit card too although I had never defaulted on payments. I tried to pay in a balance transfer to lower the Lloyds debt & was unable to because the Lloyds branch refused to update my telephone number on my account. I am 58 with 2 degrees & I was spoken to as if I was a school child. Avoid this bank like the plague.

"No problems insuring my car with Lloyds , the annual premium was excellent value , unfortunately I used a Cashback site , offering \u00a330 cashback never honoured the cashback , it was showing \u2018pending\u2019 in my account for 6 months . I raised a ticket at 3 months then 6 months after being investigated it was apparently \u201ctoo long \u201c to trace . So can\u2019t fault the premium I paid for Lloyds , although had I received the \u00a330 cashback it would have been brilliant BUT NOT LLOYDS FAULT . Would go direct to Lloyds for car insurance quote next time sue soon . "

I hate this bank with a rageful passion. Site is always down, phone lines always busy and yet they randomly decide to close my accounts on many occasions for entirely legitimate transactions, saying the only way to open them again is to waste an hour in a phone queue. Randomly froze my card a few months ago, called up and they basically just said oops don't know how that happened. THEY FROZE ALL MY MONEY AS AN 'OOPS'. How on earth do you accidentally freeze an entire account?!?!?! Ridiculous. I'm writing this as I'm on hold with them right now because they froze my account again last week after I dared to try and pay my flat deposit to an entirely legitimate company. I ended up paying the deposit through my account with Starling Bank and they just made me fill in a few extra details and provide some documentation to show the transaction was legit and it went through fine. Took 5 minutes and guess what? I can still access my starling bank account! So basically Lloyd's is useless and stupid and there are infinite better alternatives to this awful bank. Words cannot explain the hatred I have for this bank - can't wait to leave!!!!!!

I asked for a new debit which I was told would be sent in 3-4 working days last week. It has not arrived until now after 5 working days.The customer service is hopeless. I can't do transaction and my subscriptions have failed as I don't have a new card.very poor service.

Lady on customer service sent me a PIN number I did not require changed pin at atm but now won’t authorise adding funds to national lottery , the inconvenience I have experienced especially on holiday is shocking looking to change banks soon
