Flowers sent for Mother’s Day arrived half dead and the whole lot were gone within 4 days. Tried to complain but first time operator hung up on me and second time gave me non existent email address. Tried live chat but again no one available and it timed out. My son spent a lot of his hard earned money on these and it’s disgusting that there is no way to even complain about them. Shame on you.

Dead, wilted, lifeless flowers with no colour. Appalling that someone could even send these out on Mother's day. Profit over people, shame on you M&S

My daughter sent flowers for mother's day The boxes were wet where water had leaked and flowers were disgraceful. Not a week on and heads are dropping off the roses and flowers are limp and shabby.Dont know how much she paid but whatever it was they weren't worth it.Have had better flowers from supermarket for £5 and lasted for over 3 weeks.Definately not impressed with Marks and Spencers flowers

Flowers ordered for Mothers day, looked nothing like the image on line, hardly any flowers more leaves than anything else. The flowers that were there were limp and dying. I will never ever buy from Marks and Spencer again, not even had a response to my complaint.

Huge box arrived on M Day contained small dull sparse bouquet, greenery half dead, roses all brown outer petals did remove as instructed but all others went brown too, no gift card, 2 boxes stuffed with black paper and polystyrene type Pellets containing small afternoon tea items, cheap slab lemon cake, tiny shortbread, nice small chocolates, jam and pretty tea caddy. The profit must be be huge for them but a huge disappointment for a mother who’s relative spent a lot of hard earned money as we haven’t seen each other for nearly a year. Shame on M and S when it could have done so much better. Ie. Better brighter flowers, individual decorated cake and pretty decorated box......didn’t need two to recycle. I don’t want to tell her how dreadful it was as much thought went into it and presumably a high price.

Large cardboard box delivered for Mother’s Day. Eleven small steps and two bits of sparse greenery. Was this supposed to be a ‘bouquet’? Leaves on some stalks dead and even shrivelled dry. I haven’t told my daughter.....what a waste of money. Looks as though they were making two bouquets out of one. Very cross recipient.

My Son sent me the Clematis Bouquet for Mother's day. Nothing like online picture. Arrived when stated Saturday. Very very wilted, tops of some broken, lower flowers on stems dried up and dead Low grade flowers with sparse flowers on stems. Looked like the dregs. Prolific ugly greenery. The card inside was for someone else's Mum from Adele. I am not disclosing my son's name but it is not Adele!!!. Some one else as well as me will be disappointed. I told my son they were nice(which they were not). Totally disgusting.Photos added of what it should have been and what I have .

Received Mothers Day daffodils from my son. In it were around 6 bunches of standard daffs, 1 bunch of yellow with orange trumpets several of which were cut ridiculously short mat and 1 bunch of cream narcissus which were brown limp and in very sorry state. Although I felt bad I did report this to my son with photo evidence, he complained to M and S and received a full refund! I just know these wouldn't have been cheap and it's just not hood enough!!

Birthday flowers arrived a day late. Poor service from M & S. Blaming Covid is just no excuse. Just another example of poor service and using the C word as a blanket excuse.

You advised me that daffodils for my daughter would be sent a day late. Arrived in box with no damp wrap therefor many blooms already dead - so disappointing especially when we haven’t seen one another for so long!

Very disappointed. Someone had bought me flowers as my nan passed away. They were left outside my house on the floor, no card inside which it should of been and no flower food either. I would really say not to order from here!

Orders flowers for mother in law for Mother’s Day. I didn’t realise they were delivered in a box as this wasn’t made clear in description. She sent me a photo and they are nothing like the picture online. She trimmed them and put straight into water but 3 days on they’ve come out a bit more but nothing like what I thought I bought. Very disappointed

Disgusted with limp, poor quality flowers, looked nothing like advertised on your website. My daughter would be so upset if I told her what had arrived. Also, a day later than ordered owing to Great demand which I imagine will never happen again!

I was looking for somewhere to complain about flowers my daughter sent me for Valentine’s the M&S pink Percy pig collection. Terrible not many of them and the roses never opened at all. They went limp and then they died and went brown all of them very quickly. I was disgusted as my daughter could ill afford to spend the money and because we hadn’t seen each other she thought it would be a lovely thing to do as I love percy pigs. Such a disgrace

I received some flowers for Mothers Day from my two girls, whom I haven’t been able to see for for a long time. The flowers arrived in water and it was a lovely surprise but the lisianthus were all drooping. I hoped trimming the stems and fresh water would revive them, but sadly not. They look very sad and I am a bit cross that my girls would have spent a lot of money on them - not very good at all M & S!!!!!
