Family in America ordered Easter Bloom Bouquet which I received at 18.15 on 14 April, delivery box stated despatch date 13 April don’t know if this means had been in box 24 hours without any water. On opening box flowers looked dead, took off a lot of dead foliage, put immediately in water along with the flower food supplied this did help a little but two bunches of the miniature yellow roses had to go straight in the bin. Very poor quality, even the flowers that survived the delivery have now gone in the bin (5 days) extremely disappointed.

Was sent a small bunch of flowers for my birthday from a friend and am extremely disappointed with the quality. The flowers are old and look very sad

My daughter bought me two bunches of beautiful orange roses last Friday. By Sunday, most were dead. Two days?? And it’s not the first time. Some weeks ago, friends bought me similar roses. They lasted three days I would not recommend buying flowers from M & S

Have had 2 bunches of flowers delivered for my mum 80th birthday what a great disappointment the first lot delivered on Friday were smashed by the chocolate in the box and was in desperate need of a drink of water but having put them in water as of instruction they are not dead or dropping after 3 days , the bunch delivered on Saturday were again in desperate need of a drink but the roses were already dying and now after 2 day are nearly dead and have a horrible smell with them as these are present of people I will be telling people not to get flower from marks and spencer they are a rip off and a disgrace........plus no nice card in the flower to say who they were from..........

On the upside the correct flowers were delivered on the right day and the refund I asked for subsequently was made immediately. On the downside, the flowers in the bouquet, which was for my wife’s birthday, were tired and drooping when they arrived, and , although they were placed in water immediately, quickly deteriorated further. I would never buy flowers from Marks this way again and would strongly advise others not to. One star is generous!

Received flowers for Easter from my son which were far from fresh and roses going brown. Lots of either broken or drooping heads. The accompanying vase was completely smashed. I was sent a replacement but have to say the flowers were still disappointing and didn’t perk up after being in water for hours. Definitely won’t be recommending M&S flowers to anyone.

You sent me dead flowers for my 70th birthday...twice. You claim to have done something about the quality of your flowers but it is still happening. My birthday was in February, lots of people got a pile of petals for Mothers' Day and is still happening now. M&S used to be good for flowers, no longer. When I got first dead bunch, I phoned your call centre which it turns out is in South Africa. Pleasant person on phone , apology and second bunch to be sent. HOWEVER second bunch dead and phoned call centre again and got v snippy woman on phone. She refused to transfer me to her boss so I could make a complaint. Then e mailed asking for UK customer services phone number and they would not give me one. So customer forced to speak to place where her complaint not dealt with. I have told all my friends and we are using non M&S flowers which are so much better. M&S, this is not customer service

I had to give a 1 star just to be allowed to review these flowers. I posted a review a last week re my brother and sisterinlaw. This is a review regarding the replacements. Absolutely awful bad to begin with lying in the van for nearly 6 hours didn’t help. She manage to salvage some of them but honestly never again. M&S should not be offering this service and I am going to write to their head office. What a disaster they din’t hold it against me but what an embarrassment twice.

Very poor quality flowers. All had wilted and couldn’t revive them with flower food. Haven’t the heart to tell the person who sent them to me, they would be so disappointed. I certainly won’t recommend this service to anyone else.

As with all previous reviews, the flowers are not in good condition, some arrived broken, some are wilting already after one day. My first bunch was pretty bad, I complained, 11 emails later I got a replacement bunch sent. They are even worse! £40 a bunch is far too expensive for these second rate flowers.

I had M&S flowers delivered to friends recovering from Covid. Flowers half dead. Absolutely disgusted and upset. This is the third bad experience I have had with them. Terrible and a lot of money for rubbish

£35 bouquet arrived in very poor condition. Broken flowers and flowers which are obviously not going to open and have gone brown, two roses where the petals had dropped off into the box. Each day I am throwing another flower away. Furthermore they were ordered from another country as a gift and the response has been nothing from Marks so far. Chat didn’t respond. I have emailed from U.K. and still no response. Terrible flowers and terrible service.

Sent flowers to my arrived, they arrived looking half dead. Replacement box arrived broken, thrown on doorstep, flowers damaged and broken. Third replace in poor condition! Manager at local M&S store was sympathetic and gave her a beautiful bunch of flowers, although the store is not connected to "M&,S Flowers" on line delivery. To add insult to injury, I've been charged for this appalling service. Never again.

Was sent an expensive gift of flowers for my birthday. They were very poor, wilting, dry and not fresh. 7 of the 25 stems had to be thrown away immediately. Many of the roses were well past their best, had brown outer leaves, and one lasted only one day.

After reading comments already posted I'm not on my own. Mothers day flowers given by hand brought on Saturday and all dead by Friday thought marks would do better than this. So disappointed and my daughter feels terrible!!! What a let down stick to chocolates the shops obviously can't cope with demand any more. Roses were dead on the Monday and went downhill from there

Very disappointed with quality of flower. Expected better of marks and spencer Flowers were already wilting when took them out of box. Stems broken Thought they would recover but sadly no. It is not even a week and have thrown half of them out. Would not recommend.I told my daughter they were lovely as didn’t want to make her feel bad.

Very disappointed with the quality of my flowers. Box badly damaged and some of the flowers were already wilting when I took them out. Three days later I’ve thrown half of them away. Expect better from M&S.

My son ordered flowers for Mother’s Day which were finally delivered yesterday pm (Wednesday) so 3 days late, by Yodel in a battered box and obviously in extremely bad condition… I called customer services to be told there was nothing they could or would do as the complaint had been logged by my son on not receiving the flowers on Sunday. I have been a customer for many years but will NOT be using M & S in future following this experience and their extremely poor customer service.
