Very bad in communication, been sending several email and calls and it looks that there's no1 to answer. This is insane, people been trying to sort some things out and its seems impossible.

avoid like the corona virus . a total rip off . they took my money , 3 weeks later they cancel my policy just because they don t like my garage door . lol what a joke and now i owe them £75 cancelation fee. people avoid this scamming company

avoid like the corona virus. my son got insurance for his bike ,they cancelled on him 2 weeks later just because they did not like the look of the garage door ,lol what a joke and now they keep my sons money and they are wanting £75 cancelation fee this company is shocking people don't use them

Avoid this company, I renewed my insurance recently, but they took the money twice, now if I want to talk to customer services about getting the refund, it takes me three hours to get through, and they all give me the same answer, I honestly believe I will never get my money back.

Absolutely awful company. Stay clear of them. They offer one of the cheapest rates for a reason. They'll charge you for everything you can think of. Customer service was extremely rude, Michelle C specifically. Would give them lower than 1 star if possible.

I have paid in full for a years insurance and there is an identical amount pending to also be withdrawn. App doesn't work and no reply to emails. Will cost me £60 admin just to pull out.

This company is absolutely shambolic. I was involved in an rtc 2 weeks ago and after spending hours on hold, multiple emails. They still have not contacted me regarding collecting the vehicle or sending out and engineer. AVOID THIS COMPANY

This is a scam company. They want you to download a app to send all sorts of documents never normally asked for. The app won't work. They make you call a premium rate number, keep you on hold for more than 1 hour. Never pay in one installment. When you cancel you may wait forever to get your Money back. DON'T TRUST THEM IT'S A SCAM

Cannot get to talk to Customer services, been on hold for 3 hours. Do Not buy a policy as you will Not be able to change it unless you have hours to spare to talk to them Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

I am not someone to leave reviews but my experience with this company have been so bad, I need to warn others. Ive just read through other reviews and it seems many people have had the same issues. Firstly I had a policy with them for a few months, then 1 month they cancel as 'couldn't take my payment,' even though the money was in the account as it was every month. They sent emails to let me know but they went into my junk folder. I let this go as these things can happen. I set up another policy, which cost me more, and cost me more again as the first month you always pay extra. But I was fine with that, these things can happen. But..this time I was asked to validate the policy through their app. IT DOES NOT WORK. So I tried to call through various numbers, the only way you get through is if your buying a new policy, which they direct you to customer services and then you can wait ages again. Ive had around six 45 minute calls this week and still not got through. So I try to use their live chat, most of the time it doesn't work, and when it does, they tell you to call. When you call, you can't get through and constantly told to try the live chat for quicker access to help. I have even emailed in, still no help! So my second policy is due to be cancelled, yet I've done everything I can to contact them, so I've paid a large amount of money for 2 weeks insurance. Ive never ever had any issues with an insurance company, never wrote a bad review before but I am astounded by how poor the service is from MCE Insurance.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY Bought a policy and we have to download some stupid app to validate it Most of the time it doesn’t work And when you call them you wait for more than an hour to get through someone and gives An excuse saying it’s not the right department and puts me on hold for good couple of hours and ends up saying number not recognised.

I tried to contact them for 4 days, nobody answers the phone, responds the "live chat" or responds to emails. Avoid these clowns unless you have nothing better to do that listed to hold music

This maybe a waste of time but i have tried to contact you by phone for the last three days eight phone calls and a total of three hours on hold and i didn't get through to any department i tried .i am trying to cancel my policy as i have sold my bike.i am looking to buy another one in the next week but am now feeling reluctant to use this company in the future and nobody available to respond on live chat either

Terrible customer service, cannot get through to them through email or phone, after 50 minutes of sitting on hold they hung up on me, and Live chat can't help with most issues. Threaten to cancel my policy because their automated app cannot recognize a picture of my motorbike keys (???)

Terrible service. After suffering a no fault collision I was advised to split liability despite having an independent witness report to support my claim. MCE did very little to help me resolve my no fault claim. The third party accepted all liability at which point MCE refused to amend my premiums resulting from the loss of one years no claims bonus. MCE persistently worked against me in an effort to keep my premiums as high as possible, despite my not being at fault. I would strongly advise against using this company.
