“Good this time but had an accident Clam open for over a year and nearly had to go to court for 3000 grand and the only thing I got from mce was we've lost your side of the statement”

“Very pleased with the service I have received from MCE over the years. Customer service is great and fair prices. My only little grumble is the phone number to ring them is a premium rate number from a mobile so costs a fortune to phone and arrange insurance.”

“Booked thru MCN website forwarded on to MCE easy to navigate let’s you add extras no bother at all if the cover is good all the better excess bit high but initial cost good. Anyone reading review don’t waste your time with Hastings 19 days to tell me they couldn’t add my bike to my policy oh you fitted an exhaust No no no joke”

“Hi the price and quality of cover is excellent but when the reminder comes out you have to log in and complete another quote it is a pain when really all most want is a platform to be able to change only anything that’s changed then click for a quote.”

“Excellent customer service. I had to go via this route as the website does not work on phones on told. Could not get rid of the Corona virus message note on the main screen. Shame, but really good cover sorted in the end.”

“Everything from call to confirmation was excellent. Price for policy was good deal, only issue is I’ve just received an extra £30 increase to my mobile phone bill as the number I called is an 0844 number. Not happy with that.”

“I have been with MCE for several years and they never send a renewal price, asking to telephone or go on line. The first year I telephoned and the chap was quite rude so ever since I go onto a comparison site and do it through them, which probably costs MCE commission. 2 months before renewal I updated my bike and was charged £74, I was told that it was because the new bike was worth more, yet when I renewed my policy it was only a couple of pounds more than last year. Loyalty does not pay and they take ages to answer the phone, but the policy is cheaper than others.”

“The initial form filling for the quote is not particularly user friendly, other sites are much easier. However once completed the quote was good and was easy finish payment.”

“I compared on MCN had to call in to check some details. Paid on the call no paperwork came until 2 days later, which was what I was told but worried me as no payment taken ? Called them back sorted on day 2 almost immediately, brilliant price service took longer due to lockdown issues no doubt. Leathers/helmet cover £750 Pillion and track day cover & breakdown no extra charge.. Bennett’s and others costs were £1000 plus more!! thanks MCE you got me back riding at a fair price.”
