“The people who dealt with me were helpful in filling out the paper work, and knew what they were doing. The final price that we settled upon seemed fair compared with some of the other offers we were given.”

“Thankfully MCE have finally simplified the renewal process, though I found it to be very scripted and impersonal, as the call centre operative sounded as bored reading it as I was listening to it. Cover and prices are always reasonable but certainly not the best or cheapest, I'll probably look elsewhere next year as there appears to be little on offer for loyalty.”

“Initial renewal quote significantly higher than their quote via a price comparison website (£320 v £260 or 20%). Call centre drone agreed that best/only sensible course of action was to allow current insurance to lapse and buy "new" online. Advised that documentation for the new policy would be available via their customer portal - important bits, like everything except the covering letter, missing. What, you expect fair dealing and efficiency from the financial services industry?”
