“Price was £670 cheaper than the nearest rival, had a few issues with compare the market auto filling the forms in but 1 call and it was sorted.. nice and cheap for me being a novice rider (full car licence 8 years) so the price was Bob on what I'd expect to be paying, can I reccomend.. yea why not the price and customer service was good I couldn't ask for more..”

“Good price for the cover on offer and thats what counts. Web site is a bit of a pain as I could not enter a multi bike policy and had to phone after entering all my details in more than once.”

“Great price, they have a problem with uploading documents, they always fail to upload been like that for three years. When they do update details there’s always something missing or incorrect they never get it right.”

“Buying a policy from MCE was quick and easy. They provided me with the cheapest quote, by far. Not only that but they have an excess reducer, which really swung it for me. No-one could compete with that. (I haven't claimed off the policy yet. I hope not to!)”

“1. I had to take out my policy over the phone as my new bike registration number did not find my bike details and there was not an exact match in the model drop-down list. The phone price was considerably more than I expected from on-line quotes. 2. I specified that I would be carrying a pillion and had modifications (luggage) on the bike. The covering letter with the policy document implied that I couldn't carry a pillion, and the document itself said "no modifications". I had to contact MCE and new documents were issued. 3. I later noticed that my No Claims information was incorrect as it specified the wrong previous insurance company. This is the company that insures my car. Firstly, I don't want to transfer the NCD from my car as I still have the car, and second, I more a much larger NCD on my bike than my car. I contacted MCE again and was told "The insurer previously does not affect your policy in any way but, I will get this updated for you" If it has been updated, I haven't received anything.”

“This has to be the worst insurance company for communiction! It is near impossible getting intouch at times. I need to renew my insurance soon with MCE but this situation really is a massive issue. MCE you need to up your game, everyone i've spoken to who have used are all saying the same thing.”

“Quick and easy cover. Phoned to renew my motorcycle insurance having had a 9 month break. The assistant on the phone was extremely efficient and polite, as he guided me through the necessary questions and proposed premiums. Very happy. Shall be staying with them!”
