“Great service Phone Saturday AM and had a couple of questions before I committed to the policy. They took the time to explain the answers and cover all my concerns. A fast efficient service which I would highly recommend. Price was great the first year and went down for the first renewal.”

“I called for a simple renewal, I had made no claims and made sure to upgrade my security and garage situation over the first year with MCE for my motorcycle. From the moment the agent was on the phone he made every attempt to find reasons to charge me more, it felt like he was simply trying to suck money out of my pocket...I was quoted £400 more per year then what I had been originally paying. Their staff have no care for their clients, all they want is your money and when you call for help they will make every attempt to refuse to help you or charge you extra to do so... I returned online, doing everything manually and managed to remain at the same cost.”

“Went online was very good and was competitive with the price.i insured 2 bikes the same day with you I have received the policy ect for 1 but nothing for the other have called twice only to have the same one sent out so still waiting on paperwork for the 2 nd bike.”

“Cheapest quote, more included cover, Never had to claim so can’t comment and no dealings with customer service, so no comment. Have taken out a new policy, bike quote was cheapest by far”

“Price seemed reasonable, however.. despite a frantic call to their customer services when 3 annual premiums have been charged to my account, and the lady assuring me they would only take 1, I checked today and 2 have been taken and 1 is pending.. let’s hope this is a Monday morning oversight and I will have the money refunded ASAP! Check when their site says payment not successfully taken, as quite clearly In my case, it was... 3 times at a cost of almost £1000 that I cannot afford to be without. I am disappointed to say the least, let’s hope this is not representative of the company’s overall performance.”
