“If you change bike through the year they shaft you .. you will lose what you put in and any extras you have paid for. Avoid”

“Found good deal on comparison site but when I phoned direct was told it was a different price by 10pounds so after approx 30 minutes on the phone operator cut me off before payment so phoned back and got the same situation again but finally got it all sorted out after another long phone call but did not like the way the operator tried to charge me more money when quoting the code given to me by e mail from the site”

“Awful insurer, refused to reply to any e-mails, refused to give me a refund even though I had 4 months left on my insurance when I sold my motorbike, they also refused to transfer the insurance to my new bike, they completely refused to insure my new bike as it was a brand new bike, 0 miles, yes that's correct, they are useless. They even had the nerve to tell me over the phone to buy a different bike so that they could insure me... wtf. Yes I'll buy another bike after i have just spent over 10k on one because you cant do your job which is to insure bikes! my god, SERIOUSLY PEOPLE DO NOT TOUCH THESE JOKERS WITH A BARGEPOLE!.”

“I was quoted a higher price for a gold package than compare the market was offering for the diamond package, I managed to get the diamond package only after extensive stressful conversation over the phone and at even more additional cost than my initial gold quote and it seems as though any added security like chain and padlock or crocklock brake lock added didn’t make a difference to price.”
