“By far the worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of being insured by. Poor customer service. Wrote my car off whilst my belongings were still in it. Asked them to keep the car at the underwriters to enable me to collect my belongings , which they guaranteed would be OK, only for it to be collected that morning . Passed from pillar to post as if each department was a different company and they were no help whatsoever. I lost a fortune after having someone crash into the back of my car and accepting total liability. Never would I recommend these crooks.”
“Never had an accident in 30+years of driving didn't get much help on claim side just wanted to get out of way quickly wrote my car off said would have cost £1100 I wanted car back as I loved my car I could repair for less than £200 would cost me £ 350 to get my own car back!!! When you insure your car it then belongs to them why?”
“Worst company ever! Not even 24 hour service! Had to take out a 1 day policy on a new car because they were closed! Cancelled policy altogether and they slapped on a load of charges I was only with them for 11 days!!!”

However after five days I get the leter to cancel the policy which is surprising me .i ask poor customer service to explain how is cancel (they said after five days ) and I ask my question again (they said after five days) . “Poor customer service, they said my policy documents had been returned by royal mail undelivered, so they said I had to send them multiple forms of identification to prove who I was, sent them photocopies of utility bills and driving licence, they then demanded I send them copies of my bank statements, told them I wasn't willing to do that, this went on for weeks, took them newly 3 months for them to send my policy documents, wish I had spent the twenty quid extra to get a policy off a proper insurer, can't wait till May so I can change to another insurer, hoping I never need to make a claim on this policy as I don't want to have to deal with the very poor customer service offered by this company”
