this insurance company gave me a really good price everything was straight forward I have not renewed a new policy yet with company so I don't know what that will be like but so far I would recommend this company.

Good experience with this company, some initial delays occurred however this was due to having been a company car driver moving to private insurance. Pleased to say that Pivilege recognised my accident free company driving record and awarded me a good no claims discount.

I can"t review this company simply because I have never had any contact with them. I pay, they take the money, no claim so far, just how I like it!

Purchased the policy through comparison site. Selected that i wanted full accidental damage cover, after i purchased the policy a month later received a letter saying it didnt cover damage to tv and a few other things ans it left a number for me to call if i wanted to cancel with no charge. I called the number to find it waa the wrong one (home emergency man answered) and on the number off their website i waa continousley on hold for ages. Very poor service and communication. As a manager of a household insurance department for a broker i would definately not reccommend this company. And will not be renewing i am glad i have not needed to make a claim because they are hard to get a hold of but quick to take your money.

Easy to buy online and download documents. Having not made a claim I am not able to comment on service.
