“I took out my first home and contents insurance policy with Privilege and found their website easy to use. When telephoning, I was pleased to speak to an operative with a positive and helpful manner, who put me at ease by answering what may have been the simplest of questions comprehensively and courteously. I do not hesitate to recommend Privilege as an insurance provider.”

“Whilst I was inside a petrol station a car reversed into mine and drove off without stopping. Fortunately the incident was caught on CCTV. Other than having to file a police report and a telephone claim statement, everything else was taken care of with meticulous precision and minimal disruption. My car was returned looking like new. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience. Have stayed with them.”

“I have been with Privilege car insurance for a number of years now and recently added my wife's car on a joint policy. I can honestly say that Privilege is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. The helpline staff are only too pleased to help, nothing is a problem to them. They are extremely helpful an pleasant people to deal with. I would recommend them 100% all the time. William Brown”
