Keep you card payments to automatically renew even when expressly told not to do this. 2 days notice and £900 out of my account, which I didn't even authorise.”

“I was insured on a provisional for a 1.3 fiesta, mega cheap 44 quid a month. Excellent, I though. Nope. When I passed my test I tried to change my license online. I had to ring up for them to tell me to do it online, after being on hold for 45 minutes.
I finally changed it, for the insurance to go up to £235 a month! Checked comparison sites etc. And managed to get a quote for £106. I rang them (again!) after being on hold (again!) for half an hour to ask to cancel.
I had only been with them a week at this point so assumed I would get most of my deposit back, which was £150. Nope! Wrong again! Only getting £50 back after speaking to the rudest woman ever.
Don't bother, go with someone else. You get what you pay for, and in this case you get awful service. I have never been so disgusted, ripping off newly passed drivers!”
“I have never seen anything like them. Went to their website through gocompare. When I was going to do the payment, their website said "Account Unavailable" every time I tried. I phoned them and after have me waiting for long time and checked my details they said they would not insure me and they hanged up the phone. No reasons given. Really rude.”
“Most things appear to be online with these guys. I need to upload my license and vehicle registration document but I am unable to do so. NEVER been able to get through to customer services who let me go round the system for hours on end then just cut me off. APPALLING customer service. I do not even have a number which I can call in an accident.
According to the online system I don't even have a policy, just a quote, although I did receive an email when I paid for cover.”

“An error somewhere.... My daughter was insured as learner driver on my car. Passed test informed company and got insured as driver on my car. My car is old heading for scrap heap daughter bought new car went to same insurance company got decent price accepted and paid for insurance. Company cancelled 2 weeks later saying there was a mistake she was down as a learner driver. Company doesn't insure under 22 s . Now because of company policy we both can't drive for 5 years without horrendous £10000 cover. Daughter got to leave uni and job as can't afford to get there. What a load of rubbish this company is. 2 lives ruined. And they can't even respond in writing or to the ombudsman. Law unto their own. Horrible customer service. Don't be lured in.”
“The website is very easy to use but they have taken out money from my account even though I have already cancelled and then I have already emailed them to contact me and they have completely ignored me for two weeks. so they will take your money and ignore you completely.
