“Absolutely terrible. Halfway through my policy they threatened to cancel if I didn't send my previous NCB etc, said they had been trying to get in touch for 6 months when they hadn't!!! They then doubled my price for a second year insurance so when I cancelled they didn't add my previous 2 years no claims bonus to the year I had with them as they said they never received it. Only when I actually went through my sent items to prove them wrong they finally apologised. I have never met such con artists in my life. Put you on hold so you can't get your point across!!!”
“I have been trying to find out the companies policy on driving after a c-section for nearly a month. It is impossible to get through to someone on the phone unless you lie and say you are trying to renew your policy - I have sent a few emails all of which have been ignored and I have been on hold without speaking to a non-robot for nearly half an hour now.
It has been nearly 4 weeks since the operation and I'm stuck in a village without no transport and a tiny baby. I was hoping to be signed off to drive by the doctor, but I still don't know if I'll be insured.

i have sent 15 emails made 5 phone calls and each waiting at least 1 hour, this is the worst customer service i have received in a long long time. They havent got a clue. Arragant nasty tone in her voice, not helpful at all my 6 year old has better phone skills and maners. On my last attempt i called wait 1hour 45 minutes finally managed to cancel my insurance within the 14 days coolin off period so lets see if my 505quid is put in my account like promised.
You save money yes but trying to contact them with make up for the savings. All she kept saying was go online go online i couldn't "go online" coz it wouldnt work, also she saix you can go online using a phone oe tablet, you can only uae a computer. When i asked her fo cancel over the phone she said she couldn't do that because you have to do it online. I then commented that it stated in the email that it says i can cancel on the phone and provided me with a number to call. She then told me the email doesnt say that, ans then when i said i would email her to show it she changed her mind and said the email was wrong and it hasnt beens updated.
Yes its cheaper but pay the extra somewhere else. Fingers crossed my money is out back into my account.

“Were happy to insure my 17 year old daughter with a provisional license and when she passed her test she automatically became to young to insure. This should of been very clear at the onset as I now need to find another insurer and pay a cancellation fee.

“The customer service is absolutely disgusting. They have no patience Wat so ever and have no idea on how to work their own computer systems. After 30mins waiting to be connected through to them and 10 minutes trying to sort an issue with their system, they basically told me to go get another insurance as they have other customers waiting and it is taking to long. I'm actually glad I experienced this with them because I can only imagine if anything was to happen whilst insured with them they would be useless.”
