Would give them 0 stars if I could! You can't contact them by phone or email, and they just declined to quote me for multi car insurance. Though they also made me fill out the forms for multi car insurance completely from scratch, even though I am an existing customer and was logged in to their awful website. However, nothing had changed in my details but apparently they can't add another car to my existing policy!!! Well you can expect I will not renew when it runs out in April. Don't bother using them, unless you never want to change your policy or contact them. Any savings you might possibly make, are simply not worth it.

Even though I cancelled my car insurance policy in December via there website today they have renewed my insurance policy. they have taken payment from my bank account even though I did not update my payment details. Still waiting for a reply from them.

almost impossible to get hold of customer services as its email only and if they bother to respond to you My wife has just lost 4 years no claims bonus with her policy with these leeches as they only give out 9 years maximum which is never mentioned when you join them so now she has lost that the renewal is £30 more expensive with other companies than if she had her true NCB that she has saved for

Wouldn’t let me change direct debit date, told me if I want to change you need to cancel your policy and start again. Followed there advice and discovered that the new policy they offered me has gone up from £62 a month to £140. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. They have no operative so any contact is via email and takes minimum 24hrs to respond. Just got a poor responds of sorry we couldn’t help you 🤷🏻‍♂️ Cheers not quite quite me happy !!!!

Cancelled my policy with only several hours notice stating i had not provided proof of NCD. This had been sent a week previously and i had an email confirming their receipt. This left me without car insurance, no way to contact them to resolve the issue and a fine for their mistake. Now they will not respond to email enquiries and are unreachable by phone! Worst insurance comnpany i have ever used!

This company must be avoided at all cost there are no reasonable communication channels except via a poorly run badly staffed email address Every post prior is correct they need to be reported to trading standards

The company have tripled my policy and its impossible to contact them. They make it extremely hard to cancel the policy and change the details on the website. I tried to cancel my policy b4 I incurred any fees but there was no way to contact them until the 14days had passed - which meant I had to pay the cancellation fee

Absolutely horrendous, useless website, when you call for help they are aggressive and domt give a damn. Will NEVER use again even if it was 10% of the cost of everyone else.

this company make it virtually impossible to cancel your renewal policy and what a joke of a company. cant contact them by phone and the online chat doesn't work as got a stupid little green face man who doesn't solve anything. they even locked me out of my account saying details are wrong when there's nothing wrong with my details. keep away from this company people.

If i could give a minus 5 i would. Total rubbish. They keep telling me that they cannot contact me through email which is correct. Can't log into account and have asked numerous times for password reset but nothing. Will never ever use these again so will just cancel my direct debit so they cannot renew my policy.

Terrible!! Very happy to take the money and give nothing in return. There is no phone contact unless You have some claim. The only contact is via email and for the reply usually You have to wait until next day. I have spent £108 on translation of the NCD proof which met all the requirements mentioned on their website while uploading the NCD proof. And next day company comes back to me with another new requirement my proof do not meet. Clearly to avoid accepting NCD and increase the price. Policy canceled and never going to use this company again.

Attempting to make a claim. First phoned for 2 hours no answer, I had to put the phone down as that's ridiculous . I'm on my second attempt again 1 hour in and still no answer. I find it terrible that you can be on the phone for 3 hours in total and not one person has answered.

Where is the zero star option? Absolute disgrace of a company. We were purposely struck by a white van driver in an act of road rage. This sham of an insurer decided to accept liability without even asking us what happened or accessing the available CCTV which would definitively prove that we were not in the wrong. Not a single phone call, all via a web interface with a box for the narrative limited to 200 characters. The systems allows document upload but apparently they cannot accept pdf!? so I email my full statement instead. 9 days later and still no response, just more automated useless emails. Steer well clear of this 'company', a bunch of fraudsters.

Terrible terrible!! DO NOT DO IT! renewing my car insurance without my permission for a massively increased price, and more chance of getting in touch with the Queen than this company! Nobody to talk to, no phone numbers, nothing. It is dreadful! my advice- pay more and have a better service! quote me 'happy' - what a joke.
