“I'd like to thank Jordan Thurgill who I have to say, is a massive asset to you. Unlike anyone else I dealt with, Jordan took the time to help me, and really "owned" my problem. He helped me settle my claim and secured my hire car for an extra 5 days to get me over the weekend until I could get another car. He didn't need to do this, and I am so grateful for him managing this. It made my day and weekend far less stressful than it was about to be. “Insurance companies are tested when you need to make a claim. After 25 years, we needed to make a claim when someone drove into us. It was not our fault. One phone call to quotemehappy and they sorted everything out. They collected the car, assessed the damage and paid out on the same day. Eventually we replaced the car and the premium did not go up. True we had no no claims protection, but even so, we expected a rise in the premium. It was our first ever insurance claim. I would highly rate the service we received and we will move all our other cars over to quotemehappy when they are due for renewal. Thank you to all involved. 5 star service.”

“I dont know how come you have problems but is i am so happy with the and also you need to know that they working with email and the ly do 24/7 so i. Changed vehicle snd it wan very easy i wanted to change paymant it was so easy if you have problems you need send email they always said they will reply you 1 day some thing like but is always with 19 minn so dont blame someone if y dont know how how insurances work so i am not agree with these comments as i have been with even them”

“I have been with them for five years. Had two accidents, one which wasn’t my fault. The communication was excellent by email. First time, my car was collected quickly. I’m was kept up to date with everything. On the second accident, the money was paid out in less than two weeks. Everything was straight forward. Highly recommended”
