My app will not allow me to log into my credit account. It was working fine now ‘error’ just pops up. Impossible to contact them- no number. I just keep getting multiple passcodes which I have not requested. And resetting does not work. A very poor web site. Poorly designed. Under supported. And unable to contact because of covid restrictions still in operation. A nightmare. A stressful and terrible experience. I do not recommend a company with such a poor customer service.

Waited 1 hour to talk to about my ISSA account. This was the 4th time I called in 12 days about the same issue and each time waiting 1 hour on the phone. Every time the same answer that the matter will be taken care of in the next couple of days without any results. I am still waiting. If I had known about the bad service I would have not opened my account with them.

Waited today 49 mins for the bank to answer, 6 mins of conversation and I get cut off. Yesterday waited 35 mins. Left contact msg, no reply 2 days later.

Friggin disaster, they have no support whatsoever so avoid. Tried calling and calling and no one ever answers.

4 months trying to close Sainsbury account and we are going into circle 1/2 an hour each time calling customer service. They charge me £15 a month late payment and interest where is their fault Avoid Sainsbury bank

Tried to call them, left holding on over 35 minutes so gave up . Then tried again & they just don’t answer. Will be closing my accounts now.More staff needed as I was trying to open a new account

3 days of trying and I got through after my 3rd attempt this afternoon (day 1, 40 mins on phone, day 2, 25min.. Day 3 65 mins, 35mins and eventually answered after 3rd attempt 25mins) All in vain apparently as they don't take payments by phone!

A system error will not allow me to register for online banking meaning I have to wait on hold for an appalling amount of time. Over 40 minutes minimum every time.

Appalling waiting times, trying to set up POA for ny husband not able to speak to anyone in thst department. Have registered complaint which they are allowed 6 weeks to reply. Would NEVER recommend anyone to bank wuth them.

Sainsburys bank, what a joke. I applied for the credit card for the zero transfer offer for a new customer . set up the DD only for their system to drop it out resulting in fees for me. You send them a message and the reply is all about COVID19, bit late for that now Their call handers are less than useless. Heading back to my old provider as they are very good compared to these

Abhorrent. I applied for a credit card, received it, and then some kind of system problem has meant i am unable to register the card or for online banking. I have spoken with them multiple times; and on the last two occasions have been told they can't do anything. And now apparently they have cancelled my phone banking, meaning no one can access my account to help me! So i can't even cancel the credit card that i am not able to activate! Absolutely horrendous service, no complaints system other than sending a written letter! All of the contact hours they provide differ, so you only have half a chance of calling when they're actually open! I ended my last call with them in tears because they have so royally screwed me over, and have done nothing to help me fix an error in THEIR system!

Hey people.... Finally sorted out all the problems with my credit card and Sainsburys...... Scissors!!!!!! Reckon i'll carry on using my much more reliable Marbles Card.

I am brand new to the bank and am regretting my decision to open a credit card with you already. I have received the pin and a new card and followed the details to activate my new card. Went to do my weekly shop at Sainsburys and the card does work. Tried to change pin and unlock pin at several different cash points to no avail. Now the card is useless as I actually can’t purchase groceries as intended. See the imagine of how long I have been holding to speak to someone. Totally unacceptable!

Terrible!!!! Been on the phone over 2 hours in total calling numerous times through out the day and still no answer! All i want to do is change my phone number so i can use my card

Have held insurance policy for nine years - email remineder to renew recently which until today i wuld have been happy to do. Unable to renew on-line owing to technical difficulties wasted two hours on 'phone 30 minutes to speak first to a person who could not help me and then waiting 90 minutes to be transfered. I gave up. Pitiful. Disgraceful. I think that I shall avoid all Sainsbury banking in future, and also take my custom from their shops.

When I call Bank customer services, I am told that….” Busy etc …CALLS WILL BE ANSWERED IN 5 MINS /6 MINUTES etc” 0n average I have given up after waiting at least 25 minutes! I see that only 23% of customers would recommend Sainsbury Bank, which means that 77% would not - but no actions seem to be implemented. Why oh why did I change to this bank? That will be rectified as soon as I can resolve this last issue - if it ever gets resolved

Awful customer service. It’s impossible to contact CC support team. There is an unauthorised transaction and I have been trying to contact them multiple times over last THREE WEEKS. I sent messages via online that suggested to call on phone. Calling on the phone advise to go online. In multiple tries the call goes to dead end

No question, the worst possible service. Was sent policy renewal with huge premium increase, informed me the policy would auto renewal, which I knew wasn't true as policy was set not to auto renew. Went online in portal to check and sure enough message said policy would not be renewed. Now received a further e mail saying policy has been renewed and I owe them money. Ring this number if you want to discuss. 1 hour later still no answer! Like many others have said experience with other insurance companies is quick and efficient. Avoid Sainsburys bank at all costs. Oh yes and if you are wondering if the savings on nectar points make up for the experience then the answer is no, the increased premium wiped that out 3 fold!
