“"Gave correct details online .Type was 2nd car & a new policy.Asked my no claims.so typed them in.Pay amount due .Only to be told later in wk ,policy had to start with a new no claims not 1 that was already on other car in use.So sorting online is not clear & I had to pay an additional \u00a380.Following wk .IF friend had not told me ,my insurance would not have been valid "”

“"I was happy at first, however I wanted to update my address as I moved. I then had my payments increased even though I moved to a much higher and secure parking area. This made no sense to me. And on top of that I was charged an additional \u00a325 fee for the admin charge to change the address. Wish I didn't say anything and kept the car insured at my parental home. "”

“Sheila's Wheels/ Esure. Racist. Discrimination. If you are a beautiful person of colour. you will be discriminated against regardless of your loyalty. Failure to investigate a false and fraudulent claim against you. Then when you complain about not receiving any updates on the matter for over 7 months. They try to close the case and pay the fraudulent claimant as it's more cost effective as you are not seen as worthy.”

“i used this company last year when another car hit my stationary car in a car park sheils wheels were very good i got all the information required they sent me a courtisy car so thought all was ok when it came to renew my insurance i was informed that a claim was still pending i was not aware of this at all,so my insurance when up a lot , trying to get someone to talk to was horrific i kept getting though to a talking machine and then cut of , after a week of calling and getting no joy i tried again , was put through to a real person and informed if i wanted to i could call the firm of solicitors that they have passed the claim to . i cannot go to another company as the claim pending was on my record . this was very distressing to me , i do feel that this is the problem of sheilas wheels and not mine , i have had to use them again , at one time i even tried to contact them on the chat line but thet was closed allthough the time i called they should have been there .i allways thought a claim was the job of the insureane coimpany but with this company that does not seem to be case , . i have been very dissapointed with the the lack of service .”

“gave me a price monthly then last month i had left tryed to charge extra £164 on top of price they said so refused to pay that took out a out some where else”
