“The provider I had when it came to renewing my insurance had quite substantially increased my premiums despite being with them for a number of years & without me making any claims, Sheilas Wheels came in a good amount under for the same cover & requirements.”

“When my policy 2016-17 expired Sheila Wheels sent me the renewal quote for the year 2017-18 which was higher than the totally new quote which was quoted on the GoCompare site. According to me that does not seem good policy.”

“Well I changed my insurance from one vehicle to another, the other vehicle being a diesel Qashqai from a Ford Focus, The gentleman on the other end of the phone talked abit fast for me, so I’m still not sure what my new payment is going to be. So waiting for my next statement to show me the difference, let’s hope I’m not in for a big shock. Next time I will ask them to explain it to me slower & clearer.”

“Dear Sheilas wheels I was absolutely gob-smacked that you saw fit to charge me £88 for switching my policy over from one vehicle to another! Surely the amount of work involved, i.e. ticking and adding information on your IT system does not justify such a large amount? Unfortunately due to this, I will not be looking to Sheila's wheels for a quote when my car insurance is up in April 2018. Regards Daniell Hubbard”

“Unfortunately we have been trying for the last 4/5 months to get a claim sorted in which we provided video footage. They have been very unhelpful and have not spoken to us regarding this claim despite numerous calls from ourselves and promises of communication.”
