Do Not use this company, they are a total rip off, absolute total rip off, avoid at all costs.

Cant get through on phone. Try at 10am, hold for 8 minutes and then they say leave a message and they will call you back according to your number in que. Nothing until 12pm when you are busy. Try call back and guy on phone can hardly speak English!

None of the garages in my catchment area were open Saturday morning, or could come to my place of work during the week! Had to drive for 2.5 hour round trip for a 10 minute estimation. Come on Sheila's wheels join up the dots and make it less painful.

Had my car stolen off my drive. After initial delay of 24 hrs to make my formal claim over the phone and go through the fraud checks, I was pleased with the efficiency and level of customer service I received from Sheila`s Wheels. A fair and favourable valuation of my lost car , nice people to deal with, and speedy resolution of payment. Would be nice if payments could be by electronic rather than an old fashioned cheque - but now I`m being picky. An insurance co can really only be measured by how good they are when you have a claim, and in this case, Sheila`s Wheels were great. I will recommend!

Took out car insurance with S W, in early May to start on the 23rd., still do not have documents after three phone calls. Last call today took half an hour to be answered. as an elderly person I do not want this sort of hassle and I like to have my policy in the car with me. had I known this would happen I would have gone else ware, should have looked at reviews before joining. I am dreading having to claim if this is how they operate. David S

I moved into a property and took my insurance with me, a few months later I started to get a leak from a box gulley, they say I'm not covered as it was an existing problem, how can it be when I didn't live here and there were no reports of leaks on my survey. Total scammers

You should avoid this company at all costs! You get lured by the friendly apparently Aussie marketing ploy but beware they are ruthless. My daughter insured her car with this company and had a black box installed with promises of rewards for good driving. If you deviate away from a few fixed routes allowed you get penalized and can see a £ 25 monthly rise in your premium based on one months' driving.She spent 3 weeks on work experience in a city and they immediately raised the premium once more! Despite the car not being used for several months while she was abroad she continued to receive exactly the same score of 63/100! every month. What total nonsense. They continually harass you with phone calls and e mails and we haven't made a single claim! My daughter has a clean licence with no incidents since passing her test. We will definitely NOT be renewing wth this company. Total scam! i

Notified them that my car had been hit by another driver. Other driver was at fault. I decided not to claim as cost of damage was less than my excess. Sheilas wheels still loaded my insurance and increased the cost of renewal despite no claim being made and me paying for the damage. Rip off company. Also will not allow you to choose repair company without having to pay additional charges. Total rip off. Avoid this company at all costs.

I would not even give a star if their was an option not to. DO NOT insure with this company if you havent already. Absolute con.

Following my previous post about my car not being picked up it still took some days to sort out this communication breakdown between garage, Green Flag and Sheila's Wheels. However with some persistence on the phone Sheila's Wheels did come through in the end providing a courtesy car and making a decision on whether the car could be repaired within hours of the garage report and a valuation first thing the following morning.

Terrible customer service by phone. I haven't managed to speak to anyone about making a change to my policy, and I've been on hold for half the morning. This is completely different from my last insurer, who I could always get through to.

I had trouble with them for approximately 6 months regarding my direct debit payments, I frequently asked for the payments to be taken on certain dates but to no avail. A payment was rejected so I called them and was told not to worry until they had attempted to take the payment again. A week or so later I checked my bank and the payment had been taken. Today I received a text message from Sheila's Wheels saying that my policy had been cancelled 4 DAYS AGO!! And had waited 4 days to inform me!! -I had been driving my car around on those days with no clue that it wasn't insured. When I rang them to ask what was going on, they told me that the payment that had been made was from this month and not last month. I was sent a letter so say that a payment had rejected, NOWHERE on that letter does it state when the payment was from, just that it hadnt been received. So I checked my account, saw that a payment had been made and thought no more of it. Other than one very unclear letter, I was not contacted by shielas wheels AT ALL to discuss the matter! No additional letters were sent, no phone calls made -nothing. Just a vague text telling me my policy was cancelled 4 days ago. I have been very compliant with Sheila's wheels regarding the payments, I have been very patient when they have attempted to take payments weeks later than requested. I have communicated with them over that last 5 or 6 months that this problem has been going on and suddenly my policy was just cancelled with no warning. Having tried to discuss the problem with them earlier I have since chosen a different car insurance company. I wouldn't recommend Sheila's wheels to anyone.

So far not so good. I've been insured with Sheila's Wheels for a number of years and have not had an accident for about 25 years so they have collected a lot of money from me. Sadly I had a small accident on Thursday. It's now Monday evening and my car still hasn't been collected to be assessed. No courtesy car until it has been assessed and then 2 more days for Sheila's Wheels to decide if they are going to fix it or not - and the car hasn't even been picked up yet. I feel really bad about the accident so the temptation is not to complain, until I remember how much money they have taken from me over the years. I will keep you posted as to how this progresses.

I have been a customer with Sheila's wheels for a number of years for my car insurance. I recently received a quote to renew and it was £227. I decided to go on compare and found the same insurance with Sheila's wheels for £199. I filled in all of the questions and paid by card. I telephoned them just to make sure all went threw ok on 11/3/2017 at 13:19 and was on hold for most of the 32 minutes.

I have been insured with them for only 2 months and was hit by another driver who has taken full responsibility for the incident. Sheila's wheels have been unhelpfully to say the least. In addition whilst on the phone there system crashrd loosing all the details of my claim. And even the fact that o have a policy with then. Nightmare company avoid at all costs!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company literally angers me! I've been driving for 9 years and got a really good easy insurers. My wife got insured with this company and things went downhill from day 1. They ask for way too much! Picture of driving license, proof of address, etc, etc,etc. They try get as much money from you as possible. And if you mess up in anyway through the process they find charges left right and centre to bill you with. In the end we had to cancel because they are robbing money, had to pay a cancellation fee. And after all that they are still harassing us even with debt collectors now because THEY under calculated how much charges we had to pay them and now they expect another £68 for What!!! I have never written a review but this company have angered me so much they deserve it! If anyone reads this and is looking for insurance with this company I strongly advice not to unless you want money taken off you!
