The price quoted was lower than the amount which I had to pay, as this was added on, that was added on, far better to make it clear what the cost is going to be from the station.

Very easy and straightforward forms to fill in. Makes easy to switch over and good value. would recommend. Not the cheapest quote but best value for my requirements

the price was the only reason for insuring with the company.and i don't know enough about the company to make any comments.

The matter was dealt with very speedily and very efficiently. Having arranged the cover I later phoned customer services to check that everything was in place and I was dealt with in a quick and friendly manner. Thus far - very happy and I will insure other vehicles etc with you. Thank you

Returned to Surething after 12 month elsewhere, very easy to deal with on phone. Salesperson found me a better deal to include dashcam. Hope they're as good if I need to claim III

Just changed car insurance to sure thing as they came in at £200 less than existing insurance quote. Answered phone straight away and went through the usual schbeel quickly. Emailed documents straight over. Happy days!

Been on the phone on 2 lines trying to get hold of them for 2 hours and 45 mins straight. Still no luck so far, all I want to do is buy the insurance!!

As a young driver, finding good insurance is hard work. I've been in contact with many insurance companies and Sure Thing were easily the best! I took out my insurance with them (they could give me comprehensive insurance and breakdown cover for a great price, where other companies wanted over £1000 just for third party!). Unfortunately I had to cancel the policy, but only because change in circumstance (and driver, and car...) meant I had to leave. Sure Thing were fantastic throughout the whole service and always really friendly. Despite cancelling my policy after the 14 day cooling off period, it still went smoothly and I got nearly all my money back - minus £30, which is an understandable fee. Next year, when things are settled, Sure Thing are going to be first company I look to insure with. A huge thanks to the Sure Thing customer service team, who helped this newbie through the process!

I had taken out insurance policies and I called them within 28 days of policy to inform them that I have sold my vehicle and I would like stop my insurance policy or put it on hold until I get new vehicle, spoke to guy called mike he was rude and unprofessional over the phone could not even listen to what I was saying to him and put me on hold for ten minutes and gave some funny calculation fro his own mind that I got to pay £60 of cancellation and plus £198 pound for cancellation which is really rip off I read the agreement there is no statement saying that fee must be paid if cancellation were to happen within 28 days. what ever they mention on their web site is not true they rip off and I would not recommend to anyone to join this insurance (sure thing) I am not happy the with service they gave me and they took £82.60 from my account after cancelling the policy which tells they are dodge company.
