“They put null and void our policy which we had more than a year because they apparently didn't know about SECOND driver points for speed from 3 years ago? NICE. They somehow did that in may where we get the notice 2 months later in July. HOW.

“Stay away from them, disgusting company. They charged me £198 two months after me cancelling my policy saying that there is an open claim on the policy whereas there was no claim. They passed my details to a debt collection company even without telling me what the extra money was for and if I was suppose to pay that at all. Only way of communication is phone calls, you can't communicate with them through email. It may be cheap but please stay away from them, they are absolutely disgusting company.”

“Have to say I'm surprised at all the negative reviews as my experience was very different. Although it took a while, my motorcycle claim was handled professionally and competently and despite highlighting a couple of discrepancies in my policy they didn't allow these to prejudice my claim and paid out 10% more than the estimate I gave when taking out the policy. “They cancelled a paid in full policy with no explanation no notification and a refund took over two weeks to arrive.
They stated they sent a recorded delivery letter buy could not say when it was delivered not who signed for it. Scum of the earth leaving be for the first time in 43 years driving around with no insurance the consequences of which do not bare thinking about.
All they said was, did you have and accident? did you get stopped by the police, no then what is our problem? Total disregard for their customers”
“you wouldnt pay out on my stolen motorbike , i just did a night shift at hull royal infirmary i got home at 06.30am and put my scooter on my drive, as my wife was up at 09.00am so i left it on the drive for an hour and in that time some one stole it . i usually keep it in my dining room but since my wife was up early i didnt want to wake her up bringing it in the house, and since you put a GARAGE endorsement on my policy you wont pay out i havent got a garage, and you use a wording loophole in saying a locked building which is very unfair and i am going to the ombudsman to ask is that a fair decision.”

They cancelled my insurance after 6 months for absolutely no reason at all. When I spoke to them and asked why, they said they could not provide me with a reason and could not pass me on to anyone with an answer as no-one within the whole company would have an answer.
I have not defaulted on any payments, I have not changed any of my details, no justified reasoning whatsoever.

“My car was hit from behind when I was stationery and the third party driver excepted the blame straight away and handed me all the required details, I called my insurance straightaway and was informed I would have hire car and my car would be sent to the garage for repair, I'm still waiting as they have said they sent the wrong details away then they said the third party had not reported the accident. I asked if they need to access my car to make sure it's safe to drive or give me a hire car but No they are not interested . Was told it may take two weeks for the insurance companies to agree and communicate ,”
“Filled out all info correctly on comparison site, took me to Zenith, all completed except for No Claims. Submitted No claims, got a call saying they needed a certified translation as it was in Italian, did so at cost of £50 for 150 words. Submitted this, got a call to say they don't accept foreign No Claims and don't insure anyone who has zero No Claims so i cancelled policy, they still charged me for the 3 weeks it was 'insured' (which was the time it took for them to request translation then reject it). Terrible to deal with.”
“Zenith kept me on the phone for half an hour and after cutting me off another one and a half hours before they reputably solved a problem that should've taken 2 minutes. Despite what they said about non-premium call number BT charged me £15.97 for the call. Don't insurance with this broker they are beyond appalling.”
“I feel like no one speaks to each other who works there.. they have messed me around so much. trying to take money out of my account for a claim that somehow got added that's not meant to be on there.. anyway, sorted that out supposedly by getting the documents from my old insurer and sending them to the email I was told to send them too, so ive followed all the steps they've told me to do, however.. I rang up again to see if this had been sorted, IT HASN'T BEEN DEALT WITH.”
“Got this insurance via a comparison site. The company called itself performance direct, they in turn use a broker called grove and dean. I wish I had done some research before parting with my cash as when I cancelled the policy which cost £260. All they would return is £7 what a rip off these companies are”
