“Excellent service in every respect. Paid me 40% more for my ‘broken’ (working but some lost functionality) old iPhone 7 than my former network offered. Communications especially are first rate. Money transferred within an hour of the deal being completed. Certainly had some doubts about postal selling service (in general) but was encouraged by easily the best offer. Highly recommended!”

“Item arrived without a sim tray. I purchased my own sim tray and put sim in. The sim then got stuck as the phone was faulty. I was very disappointed.”

Apologies for this. We did send a replacement SIM tray first class as soon as we were made aware. I can see this has not been resolved, but do let us know if you require further assistance.

“Fantastic service- was recommended by a friend . I bought an iPhone 8 in excellent condition-arrived the next day in condition as described. To me it was as good as pristine with excellent battery life. Thanks Gecko-will definitely use you again in future. One extra thing which would be good to add onto the product description for a reconditioned phone is the battery life % Thank you”

“I stupidly made the mistake of sending two phones off At the same time - one to gecko and one to one of your main rivals. With gecko it was simple, quick and you paid what you originally offered. With the other it took 10 working days to arrive and has apparently arrived faulty. My lesson from this is that In future I will trust gecko with my next phone!”

“I was uncertain about buying a secondhand phone but I was happy that it came with a guarantee. The phone was immaculate, as described and my son is chuffed with his new iphone. Will use Gecko mobile again, I'm sure.”
