“Great prices and excelente customer service. My fist phone’s camera wasn’t working well so they replaced it really quickly and hassle free. Always easy to get in touch and quick responses. The replacement phone was perfect. Really happy with my buy!!”

“You will definitely not be disappointed if you order a refurbished phone from Gecko. Originally I ordered from a different supplier who promised delivery within 48hours. After two weeks being told it ‘was in the post’; delay was due to Covid; there were problems at the post office; I gave up. Not wanting to repeat this bad experience, I emailed Gecko to check out their availability and supply. Customer service responded immediately, assuring me that their promises were a commitment. I ordered and the refurbished Apple iPhone 7plus was delivered the following day. Excellent iPhone, great customer service and delivered and being used two weeks before I was able to get reimbursement from the original company. Would I use Gecko again? Definitely, without a doubt.”

“Gecko offered me £152 for my immaculate iPhone 8 then paid me £99... I tried to reject the offer but the link ‘conveniently’ wouldn’t work! I’m disgusted and fuming! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I reported them to the police!!!!”

“My daughter wished for new phone for Christmas, Iphone 7 Plus. As I'm on low income I have decided to purchase phone from Gecko. I saved money for several months and on 20 November 2020 I was finally able to buy my 10 year old daughter her phone. On 25 December 2020, my daughter found her phone under the Christmas tree and when she unpacked it we found out the microphone was faulty. My daughter was crying so I decided to find different phone on Facebook market and was able to buy it for her on the Christmas day. I have also contacted Gecko on 25 December asking for full refund as I was able to purchase different phone off the Facebook market. Gecko adviser was helpful with return label but I was advised full refund is not possible. This is very disappointing and you would think people have common sense, heart and understanding but not employees at Gecko.”

Hi Jan, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to see there was an issue upon first using the phone. We offer a comprehensive 13 Month Warranty on all our phones to protect our customers in such situations. We're sorry we were not able to advise you of your options when you first messaged the Team, to save you purchasing a second phone without need to. As this was done on Christmas day, all our staff were enjoying a well deserved break. I understand that a full refund was not possible as your request to return was made outside the standard 30 Refund window. Unfortunately this can not be extended around the holidays, though I can see a fully working replacement phone was sent out to you on the same day your returned phone was received by our Team.
