Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

“We've used Geeks on Wheels for several years and rely on both their phone support and home support. Jared has been able to come to our home in Dunedin many times now with different problems or installations we've required. We trust him and respect his knowledge and skills. He is patient and friendly. He takes time to educate us on little tweaks to make our computing life easier. Your home and phone service is very valuable to us and a very worthwhile expense. Thank you.”

“John arrived on time. He listened carefully to the problem Id had and followed a logical sequence to discover the likely problem [the wifi drivers had not been automatically updated on my 3 year old laptop] He proceeded to check other possible contributing factors and gave advice on improving my wifi network. He was very timely and the work was completed in just over an hour. He appears to have succeeded [it is early days!!!] where experts in town had failed . I am very impressed and most grateful. I had wasted hours (including buying a new router) trying to fix this problem. Many thanks!!!”

“Sam R was professional, patient, kind, and sorted out my iPad issues, and I'm relieved that he was able to do that for me. “Ashvin appeared to be knowledgeable. The job took longer than expected - had to cover 2 days - my system is slow - and cost more than expected but I must admit I am not an IT savvvy person!”

“Turned up at the time agreed upon, completed all tasks as requested. Completed m2 drive and ssd tests additionally to give peace of mind for future reliabitity of both computers. Would definitely use again. The invoiced price came within my budget that I had estimated including the gold card discount.”

“Came to site, changed and installed Mesh Web to better quality product, corrected some issues and left. Problems recurred and streaming capability was missing and tech returned. Solved the problems, reset the mesh sites and corrected the other issues again, all at no cost. A generous gesture given the second visit was as challening as the first. Did appreciate it, thanks Geeks.”

“A big thank you to Vivek in Invercargill, for helping my 90 year old mother, Vivek had excellent communication and patience to help mum with her new tablet set up, having these people skill sets, allowed mum to easier understand the new change with her tablet without feeling pressurised. With Vivek having these people skills it made this so much easier for mum. I would highly recommend Vivek for the elderly. In addition Vivek helped myself with a tx and set up with a new Laptop. Anyone wondering who should help their elderly loved one with IT ( and my age group) in the Invercargill region, contact Vivek.”
