Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

Fashart was very easy to deal with. prompt to arrive. Got on with the job.Just one thing he didn't transfer the back data for myob to the laptop or myob couldn't find it.I have since sorted that. but he did get my nest camera system working. just got to get mums going now.

After my last visit from Geek on Wheels I was reluctant to use them again. I had a new technician who made mistakes and could not solve the issue and had to call a more experienced technician in. It took much longer for him to fix what the new tech had done and he finally fixed my problem. The issue I had was that I had to pay for every hour, even the hours where he made mistakes and for the hours to correct those mistakes. It has been many years since I used the Geeks after that experience. However, I am pleased I Ventured into trying them again. Weonsuk was incredible. He had a very pleasant manner and was friendly and explained everything clearly. I felt full confidence in his ability. I would have him back again without hesitation.

Since you last used us in 2014, Geeks has switched to new owners who have revitalised our enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service! Geeks on Wheels is the best. I have used them three times and every time I have been more than satisfied. The last visit was by Rence Cayanan who was simply the best of the lot. I had three problems which he solved within 75 minutes all the time explaining his solutions to my satisfaction. In short, I got my money's worth from his visit.

I'm sure he did what he could.Basically said I need to look at getting a new computer. I was very happy he had reinstated my Skype - however I still cannot make or receive calls when I tried since..Maybe operator error buts its always worked before so its very disappointing.

I contacted Geeks call centre for help after having ongoing problems with Vodafone, following a move from Wellington to Tauranga. I was quickly starting to lose my patience and sanity. Mike(Tauranga)responded and, without exaggerating, was my life saver. He patiently resolved the rather complex connectivity issues in my home and successfully managed to get Vodafone to complete my fibre connection and broadband plan, something they had failed to do as per my request a month earlier. Thank you Geeks and thank you Mike. Your team never let me down.

As usual it was a pleasure to have a 'Geek' to get rid of the clutter on my computer and so a myriad of other things, none of which I understand! Rohan was the technician/engineer who did the work on my computer, and Geeks on Wheels can be commended for the standard of their employees. Rohan came to work on my computer yesterday - he is a very polite and professional person, appears very intelligent, and certainly is a good ambassador for Geeks on Wheels.

I have used Geeks on Wheels in the past because they can come to my door, and they know what needs to be done to fix my devices. This saves so much precious time than me taking it somewhere to have it looked at. Today, Rence fixed the problems that were affecting my laptop, iPad, & mobile phone. He was so efficient and knew exactly where the problems were. All devices are working perfectly now and everything is set up that is Best For Me. Thank you. I am very grateful for your service.
