Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

“Rob the IT tech arrived on time on both occasions as arranged. Rob was able to give me excellent advice and technical support. The reinstallation process took awhile and not having the technical knowledge, I had a lot of questions and he was patient and polite at all times and gave me good practical advice and options. Excellent customer service and care provided, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks Rob.”

“Tom from Geeks on Wheels was amazing. Others might have just done the minimum but Tom is conscientious and careful - he made sure to do the job to the level where it was 110% complete and perfect. It took a lot of effort and I appreciated it greatly. The final result is perfect. Also very polite, on time, and efficient. Top quality work. Thanks!”

“I was very happy with the visit this morning from LeeR who was able to pinpoint the problem with my laptop and fix it as well as having a good look at all the systems. Lee was also able to answer the few queries I had. I appreciated him being able to take away my 2 old laptops too for recycling etc. A very pleasant young man who is a credit to your company.”

“I had trouble with my computer not booting up, just going to a blank screen. On had AlexJ a Tech from Geeks on Wheels come and have a look on Saturday. As soon as I turned on my computer, she could tell that a windows download had not downloaded properly. She managed to fix the proplem and gave my computer a quick health check. She made sure that my computer would start up straight away before she left. AlexJ aso kept my file job opened and she followed up with a call on Thursday to make sure that my computer was still going well and that i had no more problems, I feel this is such a good customer service and made me feel valued as a Geeks on Wheels member. Geeks on Wheels i rate as A+++ service and i highly recommend them to other people and would definitiely use again.”

“All in one monitor problem. Tom C on time and very knowlegeable. Not the best outcome for me, as it couldn't be fixed, but he got to the root of the problem. I would wholeheartedly recommend Geeks on Wheels and Tom C.”
