We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

“Triple A service. Patient, very polite and careful attitude in resolving very difficult issues with our computer and our fading memories/inadequate records. We would certainly not hesitate to call for assistance with any further probllems.”

“I am so impressed best customer service ever vivek was amazing very patient with our lack of technoligy .he got a guy down from dunedin to help put our big tv on the both just soo know what they r doing.the call centre sere excellent called me back text when vivek wld be there .when i choose to use them was my best decisen i will tell everybody and if i need anything i will only use geek on wheels thankyou margaret”

“So impressed - Contacted Geeks on Wheels as my internet was a disaster and I had an old booster that conected to the main house where I had to sorce the internet. Alex arrived and she sorted it out in no time. She was great, explained everything to me, installed the new devices, added security, checked the running of my computer and also my tv as the intermitent internet also affected it. I cannot say enough about the fantastic service and would highly recommend the company to anyone. Thanks Alex 10/10 - everything you have done is so much appreciated.”

“We are grateful to Geeks for fixing our very annoying internet connectivity problem. It did take 2 visits, the first technician not finding a solution to the complicated problem. The second technician is to be applauded for doing so. Seemingly one of the Wifi extenders had had it so it was replaced with a new one. By the end of the session the broken extender began to function again so did we really need to pay for a new one?? We don't really need 3 extenders around the house. It all became very expensive, but we have always have great service from Geeks and have valued their honesty, fairness and clarity in explaining problems. We trust that will continue.”

“After requesting an account I found that I had been charged a callout fee of 35 dollars.as there was no callout involved with the job I have not payed the callout fee. I rang the office about this around the 8th of November and was told that the technician would call me about it . I have had no call to date. The job was completed and am happy with the help that was given.”

“I'm very satisfied with the service. There were issues after the first visit, however that was to do with the product I purchased some time ago. Ben was the chap I was dealing with and he returned free of charge to install a new modem which is working perfectly. My computers are now fully operating and safe to use. I recommend Ben to fix the multitude of issues that come with operating a computer. A big thanks to the team, particularly Ben for his work”

“Our Geek on Wheels did a great job. I had a number of problems which were solved quickly and ccompetently. After ironing out these bugs he screened both our laptops and gave me a few pointers regarding access and shortcuts.
