Ben visited initially to resolve a Wi FI issue . He was such a pleasant person , professional and knowledgeable . We talked about an upgrade and he subsequently returned to install the deco mesh Wi Fi system . His customer service on both occasions was outstanding , we would welcome Ben back without hesitation.

A most helpful visit. Changed the way we think about our system. Discovered our anti virus protection had just run out so siged up for the Malwhere program and your Geek Plus individual scheme. We will work through you for future maintenance and updates. Thanks David Harrop Strandon

Thanks to Sam my computer is working as it should and I have the Malwarebytes anti-virus sorted. I do still get the notice popping up that my device not recognised. All in all Sam did a good job. Sam was very helpful but I am confused because he said I wasn't covered by Malwarebytes BUT after he had left I did find a debit on my Bank Account for 2Co.Com*Malwarebytes.C.Amsterdam NL on 5 August for $59.99. Geeks on Wheels charged $85.00. Please investigate for me. Maureen Murray

Hi Maureen, Thanks for leaving us a review. It sounds like you may have purchased Malwarebytes directly from Malwarebytes themselves but this wasn't activated on your device. We will get Sam to give you a call to discuss returning the license we supplied and finding out which account your previous purchase is attached to. We don't get to see licenses supplied directly from Malwarebytes so this wouldn't have been noticeable during your appointment unless it had been activated and providing protection. Sashika provided the service I was looking for in a timely manner. He advised me to upgrade my computer protection, even though I had some protection installed. I have been provided with Malwarebytes and Geeksafe. I understood that Geeksafe was a part of the Malwarebytes package, and not an extra charge. I have now looked at the service offered, and do not think that it is useful to me. I will apply for a refund. Sashika was polite and knowledgable, and found a solution to my problem inspite of reading difficulties when operating directly to my computer. I have the files I need at the moment, and would be happy to arrange for further assistance should the need arise.

Nothing gives me more confidence that to have a Geek walk up to the computer, Look behind the modem than go to the fibre box on the wall pull out a cable , replace it in slightly different position Chek the modem which had lit up green and said your internet is fixed . It was . I got Jack to check my computer . this he did making suggestions to improve it, both now and in the future. Many thanks Jack

They were quick to answer their phone and was able to make an appointment at time that worked for me within a couple of days. The technition was able to sort out my issues without wasting any time and I also was able to get a better deal for my PC protection by changing to Malwarebytes.

Tom was very helpful in completing the setup of my new computer, by connecting it to the new monitor, attaching it to the recently repaired printer, making sure it all worked, and replacing Trend Micro with Malwarebytes. I appreciated his work.

I took up Geeks offer of upgrading my computer and was looked after by Fashika. I could not fault his work in making the transfer. He was excellent in his communication and patient with his explanations as he went about his work. Iam so far very happy with the result.
