I am not sure why you find it acceptable to charge me for a full hour when the man was only here for 37 minutes. So you owe me $20 but when will I receive it? I know you will hope that I come back to your firm but if I die in the meantime, you still owe me $20. That is not acceptable and what are you going to do about it? Do I have to approach Fair Go about it? How many other people are you doing that to? As regards to the mechanic, he needs to smarten up his appearance like do his hair.

I would highly recommend this business for their professionalism, and care and attention to detail. Luke was very professional and knowledgeable. My first appointment was to find why my computer wouldn't talk to my printer after 6 years! The problem was the hard-drive dying inside my computer. (I would never have guessed that one) Luke advised me to Backup to a separate portable drive, then purchase a new computer. He returned again to set up the new computer and restore all the files etc everything onto it. I am very happy with Geeks On Wheels, and have been for quite a few years. ThankU!

I have to acknowledge with this sort of work that any job can take longer than planned. So I am not critical of the technician arriving later than expected. But he was brilliant, tuning in our new smart television to receive normal and SKY channels. Even I can find what I want now! Plus altering our cables to remove an external ChromeCast-switch and an old defunct tape-player. Glad I never accepted the offer from our new-tv supplier to "deliver and install" - a cheaper price but nowhere near as comprehensive!

Exceeded expectations.....did everyrhing I wanted and significantly more. Totally satisfied. Luke saved the day. He was supportive, competent and very efficient. I was just a little bit lost with the process at times but he patiently explained all the followup procedures. A happy customer. Thank you kindly.

These guys are my go to for anything tech related. Lucky enough to have had the same technician twice in a row so they know our set up. They get our issues sorted first and always try to help out with anything else they may see that’s needed. Technicians are super smart but know how to communicate their work to someone who isn’t that dialed into that line of work. Tech superhero’s! Thank you for being awesome!

Reagan was just great. We had a list of issues which she was able to solve. Also gave us an overview of our laptop and gave us advice on going forward. Absolutely first class and would not hesitate to use again.

Fantastic service. Quick reply when I phoned, exasperated after years of trying to get other technicians to help. Clear communication. Understanding of someone who has felt overwhelmed by changing technology and things breaking down for a very long time. Alex was excellent and I would definitely call on her expertise again. Very patient and calm. Fixed my printer in a couple of clicks, that multiple other outlets had simply brushed off and told me I needed to replace. Showed me very patiently how to do the things I was struggling with and although I had a very long list of problems to get help with, Alex was able to solved a few major ones within the first couple of hours. I am so relieved to find a company like this that can send someone to your house and they don’t use jargon that most people my age (55) or older, struggle to understand. Thanks!👍👍

Jesse has been to my home twice now. He is a delightful young man. As an older woman customer, I feel very comfortable having him in my home. His customer service skills are excellent and he is very helpful and patient. If possible I would like to deal with him in the future.
