Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Sashika was very patient, able to explain issues and technical information in language suitable for a non tech savvy mature person !!!, and to leave yesterday with me knowing all that I had asked for, had been sorted. More than happy to recommend this company, which was recommended to me by a friend.”

“Normally I have the wonderful Justin, but for the first time Carlos serviced my problems...he was equally as good. Very friendly, competent,and easily understood to learn from.A pleasure to have him call. In a few months I turn 90 years of age therefore it is people like Carlos and Justin I very much rely on to solve my problems and show me how to understand the Computer and its oppurtunities...Thanks Guys.”

“Jacob was extremely patient and showed me how to achieve the results I wanted. He went over things several times and gave me time to think of the steps I needed to follow to get a successful outcome. Once he had shown me I was able to try to complete the task myself . “Just newly retired, I need to do a massive cleanup on my work and home computer. Carlos was amazing! He patiently went down my long list of changing emails, updating passwords, transferring files, setting up my new printer, upgrading my home computer and security etc etc. I am now signed up to a yearly subscription of Geeks on Wheels because I know I have so much to do yet and there will always be help at hand when I need it. Carlos was great to have in our home and we highly recommend him to others.”

“We have used Geeks over many years and found service good. We are not so happy this time. The arranged time was at the start of the working day but the technician did not arrive until 1.30. A big delay. The installion of the virus software Malwarebytes was a mistake even though the technican knew we had signed a 2 year virus protection with McAfee in November. This created disappointment that the technican was not thinkling about the customer. There were also unexpected add on's which were not discussed but just added. I still respect Geeks but I was annoyed when I got home from work. I can say Geeks did later make contact and have made arrangements to rectify the key issue and explain the add ons. I respect them for taking a proactive response.”
