Sanju responded quickly to my phone request. He was able to help with my computer not turning on and then he pointed out I needed updating soon to windows 10. He suggested a laptop - my screen had also broken down and arranged it all efficiently, getting rid of surplus broken parts to recycling ! it all cost more than I was comfortable with, but he was very pleasant and efficient.Thankyou Sanju!

Very good service and knowledgeable assistance. Unfortunately however while the printer was fixed on Friday, it is not longer working again and cannot be located via the network so I will need to get the technician back again. Very frustrating.

My thanks to Antony who came on-board via remote access and restored my empty Google Favorites folder, one very good reason for having a backup drive. And he was also able to resolve my Yahoo mail problem as well. And for the record, if you access Genesis/Energy IQ [and I suspect a few other companies] and get told “your browser is out of date”, that’ll be because they probably prefer eg Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, don’t like Microsoft Internet Explorer. Please ask Ryan for the password he typed into the computer. Now that my finger print has been entered it needs a password to complete the start-up. I assume it is what Ryan entered which I said was "rosedale thirty six with capital R and capital D" which should have been "RoseDale36". However, the Mac doesn't accept this but gives a hint "home". After I entered my fingerprint I was not asked for a Password so I assume it requires the one Ryan entered. A phone message or email response would help please. Steve

Geeks responded quickly and politely when something had gone a little wrong. It showed that they were committed towards having a successful result and that their customers were satisfied with the service they provided. I would use them again.

Harry installed a new scanner/printer, and briefly explained how to use it. He was on time, clear and polite. I have marked the visit as a 4 rather than a 5 because - as an older person - I would have liked a slightly more hands-on (DIY) instruction tutorial.

Don’t like how a job sheet email is sent with my passwords on it as there are copies elsewhere.

Val our technician was very helpful and we felt comfortable with him in our home he was respectful and polite😀I was a bit disappointed when I had told the operator that we had a poor internet connection and I asked if the technician would have all the necessary equipment to get us up and running and found in fact he didn’t and had to order in and we had to wait till following week so had to cancel plans of having people over to watch opening of World Cup rugby in the weekend but now we r set up and deco seems to be working well so thanku

Service was excellent. I was not expecting to buy a new computer so the cost was unexpected. Some how this evolved into a request for immediate payment. Eventually I paid by Visa which allowed me to manage the cash flow timing and the problem went away.

Note to Christoff: The re-set on the TV resulted in loss of sound through the Headphones, not checked at time of the re-set. Follow up visit to deliver new Laptop is scheduled for this week (?) so H- Phones can be checked at that time.
