Then out of the blue the items arrived at the end of February swiftly followed by an email.the next day asking why i had gone to my bank to get a refund as the items had been delivered. Replied with the fact they were Christmas presents and I didnt need them know and guess what..... no reply to that email either. This company is a laughing stock. I sincerely hope they go out of business so no one else has to be let down by them”

“Scammers, we ordered some two Pokemon plush and they were two weird Japanese ones, smaller size and no official pokemon product. Not only do they not have social media, address, phone number. They are not even registered as company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!”

“Following up from my original review reference a Gund Flappy Elephant ordered for my son's first birthday.
As I had zero responses from Geekswag to my emails I purchased the Elephant from Argos in December, finally I received in January a confirmation that it had been dispatched, one week later a package arrived!!!! Opened it up and to my surprise IT'S A FAKE!!!! Messaged them for a return address as it's not on the website and guess what? 2 weeks and no response!!! Without doubt the worst internet company that I have ever dealt with so please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM”
“The now “popular website” no longer loads when clicked on. A complete and utter scam, and a disgusting one at that due to the lack of communication I have had over my order not arriving over 2 weeks before I requested it. They have taken my money out of my bank and it’s gone with nothing to show for it, with Christmas coming up too. Do not order from these con artists.”

“Ordered several Christmas presents 26th November. 2 items were awaiting stock so expected a small delay. Until now (15 dec) nothing has been received nor have any emails sent had a response. Extremely disappointing as I will have one sad little boy as it's now too late to order the same pieces elsewhere.
More worryingly, I called the bank to do a chargeback and Barclays advised that Geekswag have requested a reoccurring payment from the initial order. Absolutely disgusted that a company can cause such upset and essentially steal from unsuspecting customers. Avoid if you can but check with your bank to ensure they can't take anymore of your money!”
“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Ordered November 24th in time for our work secret Santa (December 11th) and nothing. No response to emails and I’m not the only one. Looks like I’ll have to dispute this via the bank. Will also be contacting trading standards.”
“Have reported them to trading standards whom are opening a fraud case for me. Also Ive managed to get their postal address so we are going to pay them a visit soon. No reply from any emails, spent £640 for business stock with them and nothing in over 5 weeks - so if you're reading this geekswag, its poor to steal from people and usually stealing is the route of severe regret.”
