How are the tacky destello scarves 100% silk when they are mixed with viscose. As fake as hattie. Destello darling. More like tacky tramp.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with GEMPORIA, What went wrong? Don't know how long have you got! Terrible Customer Payment Experience Absolute Nightmare I have been a long term customer of Gemporia and bought many loose gemstones..The issue I have is that up to now my card payments worked fine..Suddenly I started to get payment errors I contacted customer services at Gemporia they said it was the banks fault and PayPal. I contacted both parties no issues their end.. After about a dozen phone calls trying to resolve the issue while orders were cancelled, reinstated, cancelled, reinstated I eventually was told the bank now needs to see both billing address and card details when payment messages are sent..Fine but Gemporia is one of the most stupidest company's on the planet as they have only one address fields to cover both credit card 'billing address' and 'delivery address', duh, talk about dense!..Most normal company's like Ebay, Amazon have both a 'separate' billing address and delivery address because customers may not be at home to sign for deliveries or other reasons they don't want the product delivered to their home address..I have spent hours talking with Gemporia customer help line, nice people, but utter shambles can't even do simple stuff like take payments and as a result messed up my credit card with duplicate and triplicate pending payment requests which eat up my credit limit and take 5 to 7 working days for the duplicates to cancel because as the bank says its the vendor to cancel them. Two bloody weeks on and they still can't resolve the payment issue and now without warning my account is disabled so I can't even log in anymore to check my order status, utter shambles!!

I bought a what looked like a beautiful Yellow & White Diamond ring..in the sale paid for it out right...ring arrived with a very obvious flaw how a quality control person/manager could allow the ring to be sent to a customer is beyond me ..a White diamond in the halo part of the design had dropped which made it look grey and dark I returned it for a exchange..the same day I received it...after receiving a email to say they had ring ..I phoned to for a update which one of their supposedly happy to help advisors said I needed to phone to reserve a ring for exchange no where was this written or advised but they did have one in stock ..after not hearing from them..I phoned for a further update and was told by a sullen Ben we have ordered a refund for you as all the rings in their inventory had exactly the same fault as mine had...if this company does any kind of checking the stock how on earth could this happen...I was not happy at all he had the cheek to ask me what I wanted to do as if just refunding someone without any explanations or notice was my problem ...totally disgusting needless to say they still have NOT sent my refund 30 days later and this soo happy advisor NOT...told me check the small print we have upto 30 days to give you your money back ..so I have no ring and they are gaining interest or have the use of my money in the meantime..Please don't put yourself through the frustration of seeing a beautiful item on screen and getting a shoddy piece that they themselves say all were flawed. I worked in the jewellery trade for many years this company has gone down hill massively they have no customer service at all..disgrace ..Avoid Avoid Avoid

Waiting for a refund for goods returned and received by them on 27 July- today 15 August. Got 2 rings due to consider do whatever I return, possibly both, means they've got over £300 of my money for over 3 months. Not just finance dept a problem but warehouse who despatch an item then send 2 more emails saying ring on the way - leaves customer worrying she will get 2 of 3 of same item. Disrespectful to customers. If you take something back to a shop it's on the spot refund. Don't trust this outfit. Once I get this latest debacle sorted, possibly by my bank, I'll not buy from them again. Suspect they're in trouble financially.

Please can you answer the question.Where do Destello and Visage source their products? Ellis always prattling on and showering Hattie and Katie with praise for producing the items.I think they are all cheap from China As I wish to avoid buying from this country, I won’t buy from Gemporia again.

Ellis and her stupid game of trust. I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her, which isn't far looking at the size of her. The presenters must all have a good laugh at all the lies they tell the viewers.

I have been a good customers is gems for a few years, and while I've been usually happy with the jewellery, at least the higher priced items I've bought, done of which have been truly beautiful and have elevated my collection beyond anything I could buy retail... However the more affordable items are always so much less significant in life, probably because they're such expensive"rare" 🤣 stones. Personally I've always found the customer service team very good, efficient and pleasant. My main issue is the presenters..A few I love and watch when they're on.. But that's rare.. Usually now all you see is the same shouty pushy few, touting their China rubbish throughout Everyone's show, taking any opportunity to promote their wares, at a high pitched yell. Will someone please inform she has a microphone...btw . One size does not fit all, most of the clothing thrown out of a factory is basically a sheet of cheap fabric with a hole for the neck. I do like some of the home warranty but honestly . You don't have to sell Everything . I'm sorry.. But it's not spiritually authentic to cover all bases and then expect people to find you credible.. Unfortunately all I see if that Gems is becoming hungry for the money and selling anything that moves

Fed up listening to the stories about mines shutting and Adina scratching her head and playing with her hair and off shoulder she only got one dress the rest of presenters are not much better jewellery not up to the old standard it was much better value not shopping again😡

I have been a customer since 2013, back when it aired in USA, featured the London red phone booth and customers could call in and talk with the hosts. I have purchased expensive pieces and cheap. I only had one bad experience with an order, but they made it right. I feel Gemporia is legit and has great jewelry at fantastic prices! Customer service agents are always helpful, courteous and friendly!

Pink diamonds in this ring have no sparkle even under spotlight which is a shame because it's a pretty ring. Returning item.

The south Sea pearls look humungous because of clever camera angles. The shiny gold is in real life matt looking. Destello is expensive plastic. The silver is not hypoallergenic. The presenters are charlatans, pretending to be your best friend to get you to part with money. More gushing than a broken sewer pipe. I thought that tanzanite was in short supply according to them and was urging us to buy before it ran out yet it's on every day. If it's that rare why is it so cheap. I bet they all sit there at meetings, laughing at how much money they have conned out of the viewers.

Gemporia refunds take an unreasonable time Also I cannot watch Edina her instant hair fiddling is unwatchable. Someone tell her for goodness sake. It’s so annoying However the customers service team are brilliant and very helpful

Recently purchased Magma Auras Perfume Set there was no tester just a card which barely had a sniff of the perfume. I did like what I did get off the card so opened the set. Really great smell although nothing out of the ordinary and as for resembling Tom Ford Black Orchid do not think so also far too floral to be classed as Unisex. The problem is silage or complete lack of it - after 10 mins gone - someone else tried it and 10 mins gone. I have completely wasted £30 on this weak, insipid EDP - I have bought perfumes less than £10 elsewhere and they actually last until you shower them off!! I did complain to Customer Services and also said it had now gone down to £20 (still too high) but she just apologised and and said there was nothing they could do and sorry I did not like the perfume!!! Another person who does not read emails - I did like the perfume it just had no silage. I even thought perhaps it was faulty or a "bad" batch but others have said the same there is nil silage. I have been a customer for many years and not even a gesture of goodwill - will purchase elsewhere from now they should not be selling perfumes or scents that do not last.

Asked about where Visage ,Destello products are sourced. Ellis keeps saying how clever Katie and Hattie are to make these products.Are they British made? Don’t want to buy from China ,please put country of source on product details.

Stay far far away from this website. I ordered a ring and it looked nothing like what it did online so I returned it and after two months of not getting a refund (when Gemporia had already confirmed they had received my return), I disputed it with my bank. A month later, Gemporia sends me an email that they have credited that money to my customer account... not my bank account. Even though their return policy says you will receive a "full refund." A full refund is not a credit on the account that I will never use again. And now that I have received this email, I went to login to my Gemporia account and it keeps saying "Error" like they're not letting me back in because of all of this. I reset my password and it still won't allow me in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

This company used to be good about 10 years ago. It's now just cheap tat !!! I've purchased numerous items over the years only to now find out that they are not even worth what I paid. Nasty diamonds I3 is not valuable and as for other rare stones.....chipped scratched and very included. Don't waste your hard earned money. Presenters that were good have now all left.....wonder why? Annoying and so far up themselves now Wanted to close my account but customer service say I have to write in to close account so have just suspended it......do they honestly think I'll want to order anything else from this rip off merchant. As for homeware visage and destello.....awful rubbish from China. Please save up and buy from a reputable jeweller. You have been warned 🤔
