Watching the program tonight Some expensive jewellery being sold When you look at the work top or presenters desk It was all scratched dirty black marks expecially when the cameras zoom in To me this cheepens the jewellery being sold Gems needs an update You expect people to buy Give the buyers something back Clean updated set

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They write their own reviews FYI. Absolute rubbish products and terrible customer service. We dealt with a Laura Imms and Patricia Doyle who were incredibly unhelpful and insincere. I work an office job and has this engagement ring for 4 months before it bent and the stone fell out which they claimed to be accidental damage they would not cover in their warranty and I was to claim from my home insurance! Stay away and save yourselves the disappointment.

I'd be very cautious with those Trust pilot reviews they are fraudulent this company should be reviewed by Trading Standards for misrepresentation of products sold poor quality misleading sales

I ordered a box to keep my rings and other items in, my order was taken plus the money went out of my account. Today I received an email saying unfortunately we have had to cancel your order. No explanation, how rude was that! Obvious the item was there for sale because you took my order and the money out of my bank account. I trust the money has been refunded to my account today. Not happy with Gemporia.

Bought a ring from here and first time on the stone fell out.. Got in touch with them and was told I could return it to them but I would have to pay for the stone to be replaced.. Absolutely disgusting why should I have to pay for something they've made faulty.. Needless to say I haven't bought anything since and have no intentions of doing so...

Bought an opal ring..after a few months opal crumbled in the setting ...Gemporia didn't help or repaired the ring .would never buy a another thing from them .

I found that gemporia we’re selling an Australian opal bracelet for nearly Β£80 and on their sister company they were selling the same bracelet for Β£12. Same bracelet same carat weight... how can they rip people off like this... same company owners, should be ashamed.

The Karma diffusers that arrived 2 days ago are utterly useless. I put them in a closed room and when I opened the door there was no smell at all. You have to pick up the bottle to smell I have changed the reeds, Can buy far better elsewhere

The ring I received looked nothing like on tv. It was smaller and overall looked cheaper. Very disappointing. On top of that customer services are awe full. Retuned the item 10 days ago still no refund and they made me pay for 14 pounds postage. Not a serious company

Terrible service. Made 2 purchases this week, both incorrect. Even though it wasnt my fault the order was sent incorrectly, I still have to send goods back before they send CORRECT items to me AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE, FOR THEIR F@#k UP! Who's sending these packages out, monkeys? πŸ™ŠπŸ™ŠπŸ™ŠπŸ™ŠπŸ™ŠπŸ™Š not using these again, they are definitely not looking after their customers and their needs otherwise our orders would be correct. πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

great hype about the jade braclets saying werth thousands What did everybody who baught get ?well nobidy could get the purple very limeted ? The the other were treated Treatment D which jone of the presenters mentioned Treatment D means the colours are died sad but true !! Anothet from from gemporia ! I have to mention Jewellry maker was part of gemporia then Not ?now it is again Hmmm same call center though Make sure you read about what you buy befire you buy Im closing my account Baught pearls guess what they are dyed too lol Ebay you can buy direct from india great jewellry great prices

Ordered ring 6am 19th dec, cust services told me that GUARANTEED DELIVERY ONLY MEANS THEY WILL DESPATCH BEFOR XMAS, NOT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IT! Don't know when I will receive refund. Awful! Disgusting!

BAIT AND SWITCH HEY I PLACED AN ORDER THINGS SAID SALE AND SAID MY TOTAL ORDER WAS LIKE 74.26 AND THEN THE FINIALIZED THE SALE AND THE ITEMS WERE ALL OF A SUDDEN NO LONGER SALE AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE 170.00 OR MORE AND THE CARD WAS A PREPAID ONE FOR ONLY 75.00. HA HA JOKES ON YOU AS IT WILL DECLINE, WILL NEVER SHOP THIS SCAM AGAIN AND YOU WASTED MY TIME BEWARE PEOPLE THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU

New customer first order was sent incorrectly I had to wait another two weeks and it was damaged, called CS and they were so rude...sent it back will never buy from this company again

I purchased a Aquaprase ring, it arrived cracked, I sent it back at a cost of Β£7.45 they sent me another one that was a size R I am a N. I saw that LeVian were doing a ooen day at my local mall so I brought the ring in the representative for LeVian did not believe it was a Aquaprase so I said I would bring in a authenticity certificate when I returned they were and I was shocked as they said that stone did not represent what they were selling. I asked the jeweller how much they thought the ring was worth and they stated the price of the silver. I was lead to believe that this stone was worth something and a investment even though the female presenter said shes "not really able to say that" she did..What I am stuck with is a worthless rock that sits in the drawer

wanted to return my ring well with in my 30 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee because the ring is very dull once worn for a few hours them leaving dirty marks on my fingers after half a day or so, I even stopped wearing my hand creams and washing the ring daily however I wear other rings and they are not reacting in the same way. tried to return but was told that because I had worn the ring and removed the tag I was not entitled to a refund. whats the point of a 30 No Quibble Guarantee? I brought the ring with some money my parents gave me in the summer although I didn't buy the ring till just before Christmas as I wanted to buy something special that would always remind me of them. now it just sits on my dressing table gathering dust while I feel very upset that ive wasted my money with this company.

Very poor customer service, An eight month old diamond ring snapped, Gemporia's offer was for me to pay to return it and pay to have it repaired. Be aware their products are only warrantied for 6 months and after that they couldn't care less. Edit
