Bit of a mixed bag as I have been really happy with some items but some when they arrive are way smaller than they appear on the screen. I appreciate that I am not rich and mainly go for cheaper items but even so they should be the size that they are on the screen - a couple of pendants that I bought are barely visible on the neck line. Also quite fed up with turning on and finding that bloke with a beard - think his name is Dave - droning on and on - do other people really care about wholesale prices or reading loads of texts - I lose the will to live. Is is because they don’t have so much to sell nowadays so they pad it out with endless yapping on. Also the price drop thing is ridiculous- all the hype is nothing more that the old fashioned market sellers - get everyone in a panic thinking they will be missing out on a bargain - for goodness sake you have already decided what price you are going to sell it and amazingly the phone lines are always so busy! And while I am here what is the “we are selling it for under £20” - it is £19.99 for goodness sake - we are not all stupid sitting at home! A couple of the presenters speak at high volume and at 90 miles an hour and sometimes I think if they say it is “natural” or “ amazing” and apparently they love everything they sell - not possible Sorry got it all off my chest now

I’ d like to see more precious stones on. There’s too much jade and agate. People don’t want to see that every day. I wish I had bought a one carat natural yelliw diamond four years ago. Now they don’t do decent size solitaires. Most of the diamond rings are clusters. I don’t like it when Adina describes a cluster diamond ring with a total weight of one carat as a ‘one carat diamond’ . It’s a one carat diamond ring but it’s not a one carat diamond!

I have been a good customers is gems for a few years, and while I've been usually happy with the jewellery, at least the higher priced items I've bought, done of which have been truly beautiful and have elevated my collection beyond anything I could buy retail... However the more affordable items are always so much less significant in life, probably because they're such expensive"rare" 🤣 stones. Personally I've always found the customer service team very good, efficient and pleasant. My main issue is the presenters..A few I love and watch when they're on.. But that's rare.. Usually now all you see is the same shouty pushy few, touting their China rubbish throughout Everyone's show, taking any opportunity to promote their wares, at a high pitched yell. Will someone please inform she has a microphone...btw . One size does not fit all, most of the clothing thrown out of a factory is basically a sheet of cheap fabric with a hole for the neck. I do like some of the home warranty but honestly . You don't have to sell Everything . I'm sorry.. But it's not spiritually authentic to cover all bases and then expect people to find you credible.. Unfortunately all I see if that Gems is becoming hungry for the money and selling anything that moves

I have to say that the jewelry is fair, they need good designs though they just have a few that they use over and over, specially with the bigger carats, I wanted to buy some masks but I saw Ellis trying all of them,! They might put them all back on the wrapping and send them to customers they are not sealed, very unsanitary!!!!

Reported them to the ASA. Advertising stones as completely natural and comparing to some worth thousands...when the stones were irradiated, so clearly not natural . Lindsay especially dies this.

I made a number of purchases on Gemporia in 2019 .I found service good, fast, - I agree that they should emphasize the return costs of goods/insurance is the purchasers responsibility : when I did return a number of items they were quick in meeting their comittment to no quibble full refund. However I had only one item so far valued, and it came in at less than a third of purchase price - Mike

I've ordered a few rings from Gemporia. 2 of them came with scratch on the stone, 1 ring looked like a fake silver as there were brown little dots on the silver. Another one looked like a cheap costume jewellery. One ring came after being resized I believe as there were a bump on the ring. I've kept some of them as they were quiet nice for the price I paid. The rest was sent back. The rings with a diamonds were really nice.
