“What can I say about these guys... firstly I will start with "I ordered the wrong size" I was in such a rush to order my tractech evo 4 bike boots that I accidentally ordered half a size too small. I didn't even get in touch I just followed the link to return the item. From the moment I sent this parcel back to these guys they were in touch at all times keeping me in the loop and making sure they had my actual size in stock. The level of service I have received from the team has been above and beyond! They even sent a small packet of love heart sweets with the new order. Now I know there's a saying "never take sweets from strangers" but after the customer service I have received this time around... I'm taking the risk! “Get geared were absolutely brilliant from the get go. I ordered 4 pieces from the website, and a day later asked if I could upgrade the delivery to ensure I had it before the weekend. This was no problem for them and Trish had it sorted strait away. The jacket I bought came up a little small, so I went into the shop to exchange it, and was met by Martin. Martin was very helpful, helped me try on a few different jackets to make sure I can the absolute right one for me. After this, he also took the time with me trying on some new gloves. He talked me through all the different brands, styles, weatherproofing and all sorts! Offering many options and different solutions tailored to what I was looking for. Customer service is absolute top notch! And on top of that, you even get a free sweet in the box! Happy days.”
