“I've used Get Geared several times… - I've used Get Geared several times online and in person via the Leeds store. They get the job done, the stock in the shop is a fraction of what you see online so always check before driving. Online sales can be a little hit and miss I've had items listed as 7 days take weeks and wrong size items sent. Also took weeks and weeks to get a very expensive jacket refunded.”

“Free returns makes it easy to 'try before you buy'! - My last purchase was a crash helmet. Unfortunately it was too small. Sending it back for a refund was easy. Enter your order details online and get a return postage label by return that you can print out and affix to the parcel. Take it to your nearest post office and it's done. No charges whatsoever. Great service.”

“Lovely customer service - I order a pair of gloves that turn out to be a little too big, I called the branch that had the size I wanted and asked if they could measure it for me so I can make sure it fits and they were super helpful and after I returned the gloves (for free) they call me up just to make sure I was happy with the swap choice Nice one get geared”

“A great website and team - A great website with a large range of motorcycle related items. Staff in store are very helpful too. They even price match online and normally you get a quick response. The only negative I have so far are the order updates. Sometimes I dont receive any notification as to where the item is or a tracking code and on one occassion the tracking did not update until it was delivered - unsure if this was a getgeared or royalmail issue. But getgeared are generally great, with a helpful team. I wish there were more shops and even more products.”
