“Great service, very helpful - Very satisfied with both online and in-store service particularly. Recently bought missile leather trousers, was helped by Greta (I think) with sizing and advice and even let me sit on her bike to make sure! Will be coming back here for sure for all my biking needs!”

“The only shop I go to - I use Get Geared for a number of reasons. They're generally on point with price and they stock a good variety of brands. The reward points scheme is pretty useful. Their free returns policy means if I shop online I can try several sizes before buying. But most of all, it's the customer service. I've dealt with the customer service team on the phone and had customer service direct from the lads in Surrey and it's always absolutely perfect. People are helpful, professional and timely. If they say they are going to call you back, they do. If you have an issue, they do their best to solve it for you with minimal pain. I don't even look anywhere else now. On a given item, if you want to ship from abroad you *might* find it cheaper, but if it does not fit, you're not going to get the standard of service you do from these guys. Absolutely magnificent.”

“3 Time Lucky - I ordered my motorcycle trousers a size up as the reviews onsite advised. When they came they were too big but returning them for an exchange was simple enough and the right size fitted as they should. The helpful service got there in the end.”

“Good company, no drama's - Ordered a Shoei Jo helmet, this came with a £50 voucher and used to purchase a Kriega R25 backpack. Unfortunately they sent a R35, I contacted them and informed I needed sorted for the weekend which gave them 2 days.. ..and they did get the R25 to me and picked up the R35, The guys rang me to assure this would happen as well so I was not left in the dark. Great service, many thanks Andrew McDonald”

“Great gear, great prices - Recently purchased the Rev-It Tornado 2 jacket and trousers plus some armour from these guys. The gear itself is excellent, but then I knew that from other reviews. The price from Getgeared was not only the best I found online at the time but I qualified for cash back too from Topcashback.com! Can't be bad! The goods were well packaged and shipped very quickly. I would recommend them!”
